Man, this show deserves _sooooo_ much more praise than it gets. I adore how it takes its time with its stories and lets every character have their own unique story to tell across multiple seasons. Best of all, it has the single best TV antagonists I've ever watched, Joan Ferguson. Can't wait to see this season play out!
I disagree. No she isn't and she doesn't. I love Vera but she does barely anything and has minimal screen time since becoming Governor. It's a shame because she is/was the only reason I'm still watching.
Honestly, I think this is all leading up to their arrests and Vera herself is going be the one sent to Wentworth as a prisoner. As for who's doing it, I still have hope for Joan. Even though they showed a body it doesn't mean it was hers.
Jay Hoe Noooo don’t say that. I heard a theory it was Vera’s mother but that body had skin on. Idk I was hoping it was Vera’s mother and Joan was coming for revenge that would be better I think.
Marie's timeline does not really fit into Wentworth timeline. Marie was Barnhaust's top dog that pushed drugs in the early to mid years of the Prisoner era.. She was an ex wentworth inmate that was top dog during Bea Smith's early days of incarceration. While the backstory of the character was never known, the recent reimagionary backstory could had fitted into the original character's. But with Wentworth writer's killing off Bea Smith so early on, a lot of amazing storylines from Prisoner cannot be reimaged into Wentworth.
*Brenda* Murphy. Melanie, I believe, was an ill conceived fanfic character from a few seasons ago... Murphy was too minor though. I doubt she has anything to do with this - or if she does she's working with/for someone else. Maybe Joan didn't pay her Woolies tab before she died so management has sent Murphy to sort shit out.
Will Jackson was the ONLY person who knew about the location of the grave, and Jake thought until recently she'd just escaped. Ferguson escaped, murdered someone or acquired a corpse and reburied it. stalked Vera knowing eventually they would all be lead back to the grave where Ferguson would be with a camera.
And also, I'm assuming that the jacket (the one with the crown on it) is Ferguson's governor jacket, who would of been able to grab it and make there way into the governors office and place it on the coat hanger..? I don't know I am just really really confused right now and I really want to see what happens! This is going to be a crazy ending I can already see it. Season 5 was such a crazy season and in no doubt that Season 6 will be the same.

agapegr same the original prisoner had so much hundreds of episodes but unfortunately the show it done after season 7 because this season it not getting enough views. Personally I think it's. A pretty good season it has great suspense.
Jyrone McKellar they got less views cos many of the old inmates are gone.. Bea..Franky..Doreen etc.. this season what a bit boring if u ask me..but still..it's a great series
I think that the person who was taking photos of them was the person who is playing with Vera, which in either the coming episodes we will find out who it is and why they are doing it.. anyone got any predictions on who it can be..?
I was thinking that it might of been miss murphy trying to get revenge. But on the other hand, the body in the box doesnt look like joan, it looks like dorroen.
Someone said he got busted for brothels yet evidently not. I can see him wanting her out of the way. Vera had that info Joan showed her. Whoever is recording them is wearing different gloves than Joan's. I think its Travis.
Time To Talk Show probably my theores for the video taper. Channing left in a sudden movement he got fired but we don't know what happened, he could be angry at vera for saving Joan. Officer Murphy Hates vera for fireing her and knows alot because of Joan although I don't think we would have the mind or strength to do it Shane buttler I don't think he knows much about vera as Joan kinda hated but never really told Shane. He could've saved Joan but Joan wouldn't hate vera as she saved her from hanging. Nurse Radcliff She is out of the picture I don't think she would really care. Doreen She is having a family so she wouldn't do it Other prisoners just can't Bea Bea is dead and would not save Joan Jake Oh good old snake, theres so much conspiracy but he could be telling the truth as he wants Joan out of the picture. I still don't know about Jake Miss Davidson She left really fast and don't know why but I don't think she would help a evil governor and vera and Jake and will. Vera Vera is kinda suspicious, she could have a connection and might go to prison Turk Well he is probably knocked out. Miss miless Ferguson could've manipulated her to do all the stalking and save Joan. She might become the governor and vera and Jake and will will go to prison. Ferguson herself Joan might've saved herself and is out for revenge

I think if vera goes to prison she will find out that the abortion pill never worked and will have no one to look after the baby since she's in prison. The other prisoners will be scared of her because she had a freakout about the baby and almost killed someone. Plot twist Joan takes the baby. This will probably not happen I would rather see vera stay as governor but it seems that vera, Jake and will might end up going to prison. I'm still hooked on vera being pregnant lol. And maybe just maybe Joan is dead but it really looks like she is alive and well as the body looked nothing like her and she wasn't in it for that long
Who else could it be?? unless producers do something unfair and introduce some totally unknown character. The only people who remotely know anything about the plot are right there. Ali is in Prison and is NOT saying a word, Turk has been knocked out so it can't be him in the bush filming.
interesting theory, but I don't think Will went as far as telling Marie the big secret, he was just having an anxiety root. (at least the viewers weren't privy to it). The camera person was lying in wait for them to arrive. nobody knows the location of the grave apart from Will and the Freak - You can't just kill a character like the Freak off. I think it would be a stupid move she's too big a character. The corpse also doesn't look like the Freak pause it on one of the Y.T. videos.
Sadly I think it's confirmed that Ferguson is dead. I could be wrong but it was definitely her hair and her skin still left on that part of the skeleton
I think jake is behind the extortion. He is a money hungry creep. I see right through him. He want the money so he can leave and start a new life elsewhere. Vera made a good decision by getting rid of jake's baby.
Google Play & you tube only let me buy the 1st 5 seasons. So I'm forced to watch these recaps coz I can't buy season 6, 7, 8 or 9.😭😭😭 Unless I can find a way to buy them without getting Netflix. Coz I'm boycotting Netflix over that kid movie they made for rockspiders!😠🤬😭
@janine rowat That's the thing... it's extremely fast and it overscreams itself. They didn't take gear back after unexpected shocking season 5 events. Now it's not shocking anymore, it became normal. Really a shame.
Wentworth won't be worth watching without THE FREAK. I have already lost interest for season 7. Probably a good thing Season 7 will be the last one!... Stupid move FOXTEL...

Yeah it’s pretty interesting.I think WW portrays rape, murder, suicide attempts, drug abuse in a professional and appropriate perspective, Bea’s corpse when she was drowned was pretty vivid ? Was that not proper ?
