There’s something so funny to me that Rick is just talking about how they sold their games under value right in front of the store as the door is wide open! 😂 I mean, they obviously gave them a great deal on purpose in this case. If their goal was to entice the viewers to go check out the game store… I gotta say it’s pretty effective, because I definitely want to check out the store now.

The reason that Outlaw Golf and Darkened Skye have that two pack is because they were both published by Simon and Schuster, and I believe that this released at the tail end of the GameCube’s life. Plus, Simon and Schuster was having financial problems at that time, and needed to get rid of their remaining stock

One thing that I have noticed from ebay is that if a price says it sold for $52.99 or best offer. It does not necessarily mean that the game sold for $52.99. If someone offered $30 and the buyer accepted it would still appear on the ebay sold items list as being sold for $52.99. Somewhat deceptive but that's the reality of ebay. if it says it sold for $52.99 w/o the best offer than it sold for exactly $52.99. I am sure you guys know this but maybe your subscribers do not. I feel like used game stores around here are going through your game exchanges and then selling for over double the cost to cover their fees. Even for the stuff you're not grabbing. I haven't seen a GBC in any kind of reasonable condition locally going for less than about $120 usd (after conversion) for like... 15+ years. And yes, that is console and battery cover only, with significant amount of use, wear, and scratches. Way more than the one in that store seemed to have from what I could see.

You gotta go check out Game King in Lawton, Oklahoma. I was in there once and they had an SNES shooting game called M.A.C.S Multipurpose Arcade Simulator WITH the Jäger AP 74 light gun! They often have rare, cool stuff. I just watched your older video and decided to copy this comment over because I think you’d love that place. Probably a 5 hour drive from where you’re at, but might be worth it.
