Only your respective universitie(s)/college(s) can send your transcripts on your behalf. please keep this changes in your mind while applying for WES. @@vishnuthayas1194 you need to make the account on WES first with all your basic details. you need to pay fees as well (around 300$). once you do this...WES will generate your application and give you one reference number. you can also download transcript request form with your reference number from your WES account after that. you need to take that copy to your university and request them to send you transcripts to WES for you. depends on University, you might need to fill transcript application form at your university as well. for that i advice you to contact your respective university. i hope this clear your doubt. if you have any further question, you can ask.
I am done Bachelor from Delhi University and master from IGNOU. 1) my master degree transcript is enough to send WES or bachelor degree transcript also to be sent to WES 2) After ECA By WES they can return my original transcript because original transcript get only one time 3) how to send it other documents also like degree etc. 4) can i send degree and transcript in one envelope to WES using University address to save courier charges 5) both transcript are required to send WES in separate courier.

Really u did a great job🙏🙏.now onwards am the one of ur subscriber I have a doubt, based on the reference id the transcripts for diploma & degree(lateral entry) will be sent to WES.both will reach different time periods is it ok.because one will be sent by the technical board and another by the university, IS there any problem@WES.
Yes no issue. that's why i said don't forgot to put your WES REFERENCE number on each and every envelope. so when WES will get all of your documents, they will give you updates that we got all of this document. they will tell you what else they are missing if any. and you can always track your application status through your reference number.

Hi sir, my university send my transcripts to the WES last month and I didn't send any degree certificates from my side. I received an email from WES that we received your Degree certificate and statement of marks and review of application documents completed now my evaluation is in progress. Now I am worried cos I didn't send them any degree copy from my side. Did my University send them my Degree copy also? Please advise, can I send them my degree copy now?
In most of case university only send transcripts to WES only, they never send degree certificates. in your case, I would suggest send them copy of your degree from your end just in case, later they might reject your WES for not sending enough document or they might ask you to submit when they reach at that point..which will delay your evolution process. There is no harm to send them copy from your side....

The process is still the same. Both options r applicable. If the university sends it, it is fine. If not, then u can post it yourself. I have made a wes acount and i can see these two options.
I had a bad experience with WES, nothing good at all. Even customer service. I sent a report several months ago and haven't received it yet. I requested a duplicate report again and did not receive a report and it was not sent to me and there is no place to chat with customer service, I feel bad

If you have Master degree, you don’t need to send bachelor degree transcripts as per requirements. But I would like to suggest, if you can easily get your bachelors transcripts, its not a bad idea to send both since there is no additional charge for it. Hope this helps.
please anyone reply, I did a mistake and filled WES USA application, instead of WES canada. I also paid the fees, and in a great trouble now, because the fees was too much. Can anyone please tell, what shall I do now?? Is there any way, I can change this mistake???

hi you have to make your account on wes first, there you will get the reference number, further on that wes account u have to download the form to submit in your uni or college and in that form you have to fill the reference number generated on your account
hello dear. i have a question regarding lateral entry students, who did the DIPLOMA and then got admission in the second year in DEGREE. Do they need to get documents of both the studies separately or they can send the diploma documents to Degree university and then they will interact with each other?

Many times I called to WES contact &contact with help line .but any response. My university has sent documents by courier which have transcript of Degree ,marksheet details & accedmic record. But again wes require mark sheet. Wes accepted by degree certificate But marksheet not received as updated .Please

I have a question: given that I have to provide translations of my transcripts, should I state that my translation is made from a copy of the transcripts that are found in the envelope (and provide the copy, probably) or is not necessary to provide any explanation, only the translated documents. Just in case, so they don't think that somehow I'm manipulating the envelope. What do you think?
No you don't need to give them explanation. provide them translated document and they will compare it with transcripts of yours which must be send by your university.
@@aakashshah1205 Thank you for the answer. I have another question: I have to send my transcripts but the University provided a document with basic information. What is the WES expecting or looking for in this type of document, I mean, is good enough a simple list of modules, grades and years. According to their webpage, it looks like that is enough but I have seen videos with very detailed transcripts. It worries me because if the WES ask for more info, it can take many weeks to ask for a document in my University, and is usually a very complicated and not straight forward process (I have to work), without mention that to send again documents via courier from the other corner of the continent is going to be a lot of extra time and money that I don't really have. I'm worried.

No You don;t need to. But believe me there is no extra charge if you send them your bachelor document for evolution. by doing so, you will get credential of your both degree. so if you want to show your bachelor only somewhere, you can do that. My advice is to send both.

Now, I have both Bsc and Msc degrees but i wish to send to Wes only my Msc credentials because that's what am having at hand. I don't have the back side scanned copy of my UG degree and UG consolidated certificates which contains serial number. My originals are with my employer. They don't give it until I resign my job. The accepted what was sent from the University but have rejected the 3 years transcripts. They have mentioned - Statement of Marks | Not Accepted Reason: We received your mark sheets, but we need additional documents. Instructions: Mark sheets for years 1 and 2 of your study program (semesters 1-4) can be issued and attested by the University of Mumbai or the college you attended. Mark sheets representing year 3 must be issued and attested by the University of Mumbai. Please have your mark sheets resent to WES in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official. Refer to Required Documents. Does this mean that I need to send my 1st and 2nd year transcripts and attested marksheets only from the college. What about my 3rd year degree marksheet? No if you have masters, you don't need to get credential for Bachelors. Though there is no extra cost for that, So if you have documents handy, not a bad idea to get bachelor evaluated but it is not mandatory.
Hi I have done my eca for bca and MBA in 2015 and was successful y evaluated, in 2019 April I have finished my PhD and applied to add my new qualification to my existing eca , all my new documents of phd were accepted but now they are asking for mark sheets of already evaluated qualification is thtva mistake from there side kindly advice
In that case, Best thing you need to email them. Let them know that your master is already evaluated. You can give them your WES reference number, so they can verify it in there system. and after that follow as they said.

my request to you please watch video once, I have clearly explain that part in video. If you have complete both degree from different university, you need to ask your both university to send transcript to WES..but yes, all other documents from your end, you can send it together in one envelop
I got few questions for ya... I don't have my degree certificate for bachelor degree ( will Provisional certificate work instead? If so, how lastest it should be) like I have from 2014 since never applied for degree and now I can't due to covid any recent. Also, do they need just my last/recent education documents or I need to send 10th,12th, bachelors and masters as well?

WES just giving you canadian degree equivalency. so in most of case you need to submit your results and degree certificates as a proof of your previous study.
If you manage to get PR and suppose you are in Canada, you are eligible for studies too. For that, you dont need to do WES again as it is done already and you got a permanent residence.
How I can add diploma credential to WES Canada? There is no options to add diploma, there are only three options which are Degree, Masters and PHd/Post Graduate Diploma.
your diploma credential comes under "secondary school diploma and diploma 2 years".. look for that category. WES dont consider diploma as a degree...they cinsider as a secondary school...look for that option. hoep it helps
No they compulsory asked transcripts from University....attested marksheets are not valid and acceptable. Don't waste your time and money behind that. And anyway, you have to send photocopy of your degree certificate to WES from your end. So WES will get... Your transcripts from your university and Photocopy of Your degree certificate from you....

I am not 100% sure but as far my knowledge, Express entry or PNP..both are application process to get canadian PR...both of then handled by IRCC ( Immigration Refugees and citizenship Canada ) ...so you don’t need to put any other body since you are putting IRCC in CC.
I checked from WES website that we can send either provisional or Final degree certificates.. So i would be sending the provisional degree certificate along with the transcript which will be sent by the University. Is this fine?

No you are creating only one WES application....and sending your all documents in one envelope. Once your WES application num has been generated, you can gave that to your all 3 universities ( from where you got your degrees) and ask them to send your transcripts to WES referencing WES number provided by you. And no there will be no extra fees for that. Hope this helps
