Right police brutality is a problem but police are just regular people it’s a job anyone can get... the real problem is who empowers them and why are they empowered to bare false witness ,plant drugs ,false arrest etc... the prison industrial system and the judicial branch is where the reform needs to take place...these are the racketeering organizations that empower police to make people slaves again due to the 13th amendment proving slavery was never abolished
