You're so right about how it hits deep, I lost my dad in 2016 and still to this day it hurts me more than anything like it was just yesterday that I lost him and I'm the baby out of my siblings I didn't get a chance to have that relationship with him like they did because of certain situations I was holding his hand when he took his last breath and I will never ever forget it and I will never be able to get it out of my head that night it will always and has been the most hurtful and hardest things to get through or to deal with

😔 I am so sorry to hear your going thru it… BEEN THERE & I DIDNT THINK IT WAS POSSIBLE. All the heartache & pain & deception I survived… SHOWED ME THAT I AM SO MUCH STRONGER THAN I EVER IMAGINED!! What was meant to destroy me (& nearly did!) ONLY SHOWED ME & EVERYBODY WATCHING & for unknown reasons STRANGERS ROOTING FOR MY DOWNFALL and adding to my pain for absolutely no reason was confusing and overwhelming… CLEARLY my story involved a husband trying to make me look like a horrible person and crazy… I KNEW WHAT I WAS SEEING AND KNEW I HAD DONE NOTHING TO DESERVE ANYTHING I WAS GOING THRU BUT… WHAT WAS MEANT TO DESTROY ME ONLY SHOWED ME HOW STRONG & unstoppable I am. I hope you aren’t dealing with extra unnecessary actions from outside people because just facing and accepting when something is over is devastating enough… JUST KNOW UR NOT ALONE AND LIFE WILL START TO MAKE SENSE AND FEEL LIKE IT MAKES SENSE AGAIN. Just DONT let your pain make you do or say anything you’ll regret. Easier said than done but I know it’s rare when there’s such painful changes going on for 1 or both people involved to want to hurt the other person even more to know they can. Makes no sense but it’s unfortunately the overall norm anymore. Just remember what you’re going thru… YOUR KIDS RATHER U SEE IT OR NOT ARE PROCESSING EVERYTHING WHEN THEY ARE ALONE IN BED AT NIGHT OR WHEN MEMORIES BRING THEM TO THINK ABOUT WHERE THEY ARE AND ANY CHANGES THEY HAVE BEEN FORCED TO MAKE SURROUNDING WHATS GOING ON… Make sure you call and just ask how they are doing & tell them you love them and you’ll always be there for them… Don’t make them feel like they have to make choices or sides they probably are feeling like they have to already and the guilt they will feel at times even if not expressing it … quite possibly could change them forever. Trust me my children are grown now BUT WAS COMPLETELY CHANGED & AFFECTED & there’s nothing I can do or say to help them let it all go. It’s more than you and I feeling like we lost or have been forced to accept the changes we have to go thru and figure out. It WILL be okay I promise. Be as positive and reassuring as you can be ANYTIME you are around your children or people that could run tell how bad you may be doing… JUST TRUST ME ON THAT! Make yourself get up and do everything you need to be doing/ would be doing if you WASNT where you are now. Also THIS SONG IS GOOD!!! But maybe NOT GOOD FOR YOU TO BE LISTENING TO AND MAKING THINGS HARDER ON YOU BECAUSE YOU RELATE… Listen to OLD ROCK OR SONGS THAT USED TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD… IT CHANGES UR ENTIRE ENERGY AND THATS WHAT U NEED TO FOCUS ON TO NOT GET STUCK WHERE YOU ARE IN THIS MOMENT. I’m sorry this is so long but I hope you get to read it and maybe it can help… YOU WILL GET THRU THIS JUST MAKE URSELF GET OUT AND GET FRESH AIR AND GO AROUND PEOPLE EVEN IF YOU ARENT TALKING WITH OR INTERACTING WITH THEM... Remember life goes on and the quicker you FEEL & remember that the worlds still moving and clueless to your pain… and the quicker you push thru not getting comfortable being alone with your thoughts and emotions… THE BETTER YOU WILL BE ABLE TO THINK AND SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE AND AN OUTCOME WITH YOU SEEING YOURSELF AS PART OF SOMETHING NOT LEFT AND BASICALLY FORGOTTEN… I sat in my pain for so long out of heartache & that turned to fear of every decision or action I was forced to make… TALK TO SOMEONE AND JUST TAKE THE THINGS IVE SAID AS POSSIBLE WARNINGS TO ENSURE THIS PAIN AND LOSS WONT CHANGE WHO U WAS BEFORE IT ALL STARTED… life is hard just remember it’s hard for ALMOST everyone especially going thru life as it is these days with social media etc to add to it. I feel your pain I just went through the same thing with my ex for 2 and a half years and still dealing with the bullshit he is putting me through took me hostage on my 30th birthday and beat the living hell out of me still to this day he continues to get information from people that I talk to or I have been around trying to pay $500 for someone that will set me up for him to get me!
