Remember when they first met, screaming at each other- Angela’s “I WANT TO SLAP YOU IN THE FACE!” 😂 -then the guy who stole Wesly’s briefcase saying they were totally into each other but no one believed him? Look at them now. “You’re my best friend.” They’ve come so far together. 😭🥺💜
I remember when they had that first shouting match I had the feeling it was going to be one of those scenes where they're shouting then pause for half a second and go straight into kissing. I was wrong about the path taken, but I had the general direction right.
The combination of this scene with the one where Angela is nervous knowing he is gonna propose and also worried about the ring getting dropped is the most beautiful thing

Y'know for a procedural drama, the rookie sure got a lot of kpop stan type of fans. Shipping characters, saying cringey things like "we riot if ..." or "they so sweet and cute I'm dying!" and getting offended when ppl say anything slightly bad about the show

Was hoping we would see her with it on but it may be that she doesn't or can't wear it at work while out on patrol or something like that. she probably had it with her but couldn't actually wear it while working would be my assumption. how excited were you when you saw this moment and when she said yes???
copa cabana well I kinda knew he was going to propose when he said the different stuff about what he planned but I just didn’t know when but I was sooo happy when it happened and I knew she was going to say yes because she was trying to figure out when he was going to what she was going to look like and what her hair should like . And when she said you won’t know if you don’t ask . So yeah I lived for itttt .
@@jordynebreane7936 I know! Me too! I loved how he ultimately did it with it being simple and just the two of them. I loved how they were both freaking out over the same stuff leading up to it. They did an IG live earlier today and they talked about what kind of wedding they should have. He said that if it were up to Wesley it would be small and personal but if it were up to his mom it would be huge and lavish? what do you think? i'm kinda hoping for small and personal with maybe reception or engagement party at his mom's house. Do you think we will see any of Angela's family coming in either remainder of this season or season 3 (fingers crossed)? I think it would be cool if they eloped too. but also wanna see them plan a bit too. what are your thoughts on all of it? and i do mean all of it LOL :) do you think we will see them together at all in the remaining few episodes of this season? copa cabana I love the small and personal and it would be good to see Ang side of the family .. we seen Wes mom so that’s good .. idk if we will see Wes and Ang together in the rest of the episodes it all depends you know he’s a recurring character not a main so we see him every once and awhile .. I wish we would’ve been a actual first I love you scene ., I know Ang said “ I’ve never been in love like this before “ but we didn’t hear them say the first official I love yous. I know they said I love you but it felt like they already said it before but yea .. I hope to see more of them in the upcoming episodes and next season ...... ❤️
Okay that's just weird like everything he said about his pressure and worries about the ring is exactly what Angela said to Jackson when Jackson thought that he was going to propose to him and Jackson was right they think the same majority of the time
