It seems to be bogus propaganda,even if it happens to be true it is very insignificant. For industrial growth of West Bengal , this place is not at all ready to take this challenge at this moment, for more than last 50 years politicians had ruined every aspect which makes conducive environment for industry and business. Industrialisation doesn't happen in one day ,first it requires social security and stability, good quality dedicated human resources and goodinfrastructure . Though all these once existed in Bengal, but I am sorry to say that since independence we have been destroying every resource and we failed to get even a good leader after Dr B.C Roy.The only advantage of the city of Kolkata is its great geographical location.If West Bengal truely want its economic development, industries, and make Bengal a worth place to live people Bengal should change the present socio-political environment of the state first. Remember it is not so easy but nothing is impossible and to make Bengal the leader again , local people will require a genetic transformation.
