John Kaufmann then next race he wont hit the board. You are obviously a huge fan john i see u on alot of videos, do u wager whale status or what? Lol. When did you start to love racing?
My pick won!! Great, awesome race by West Coast!! My 2nd & 3rd choice picks, thou I didn't bet on them were Good Samaritan & Cloud Computing.... So very impressed by West Coast!!!!
Gunnevera was wide th I entire time, ran huge from last, he ran the better race, but good home West Coast. Gunnevera is a serious racehorse, not just a sentimental story
MIKE SMITH took me by surprise gunning to the lead but this is why MIKE SMITH is BIG MONEY MIKE. Mike put them to sleep. Great Ride! Once again a late blooming 3yo is a rising star! It is now the norm!
Do you really believe the 16k gunnevera is a better horse than west coast ? If you do that's fine I absolutely don't and hope they see each other again
Never heard of Irish Dreaming before, get a horse name correct. Always Dreaming I think is what you meant. Oh yeah he won the Kentucky Derby, or is the Rhode Island Derby now?
yall dont know horse racing irish dreaming was really only front runner so smitty put his horse up close like i predicted cause he had shown front running speed in eairler races
clear i was for Tapwrit, who had good moments, but was ridden on the backstretch, moved to early, the others had just to answer again once more behind Irap, well ending Gunnevera unreachable West Coast. its good for him, but like in KD i'm sorry he had been shifted to side while spurt starts, the rail was open.
A few rocket scientists think that if the eclipse awards were today then ALWAYS DREAMING is the 3yo Champion! What??? Hahahahaha! For winning two races greatly aided by the track superintendent? Please. He was the right horse at the right time in the perfect scenario back in the spring. WEST COAST is clearly the 3yo leader. 5 wins, 2 seconds in 7 starts now. Lets see, ALWAYS DREAMING last 3 races? A fading 8th, a fading 3rd & a fading 9th is not Championship Material
Smith ran a slow race. Nobody took him on early. There is something fishy here. Saratoga is supposed to be the graveyard of champios, Always Dreaming and Cloud Computing, but something funny is going on here. West Coast is 5 for 7, but all his races are four 1-1/16, and one 1-1/8. At three he has not run a mile and a quarter. This is his first. Like Arrogate. And he wins, not fast, not by 15 lengths, but nobody can catch him, even Good Samaritan, who won Jim Dandy with ease, or Girvin or McCraken who were in a photo in the Haskell. None of them in the money, far back. Only Tapwrit who finished close, 4th. Lookin at Lee a one run hose, has a great final kick, finished 2nd in the Derby, would have passed Classic Empire in the Arkasas Derby if the race were longer, second to Classic in the Breeders Cup Futurity, finishes 10th, so unlike him. He may not win races, but he usually does well. Add all this up and something seems fishy. Maybe Baffert is putting something in the horse's water.
John: I dunno. Good Samaritan won the Jim Dandy at Saratoga against Always Dreaming, Cloud Computing, and Guiseppe, a late stretch runner he won by 4 lengths. Maybe Baffer waits until horses who have raced a month earlier are entered, then enters one of hit well rested, little raced horses, feeds them spinach and a whole lot of vitamins and PowerAde, and Monster. I can't see another reason.
Bruce Robbins obviously the baffert fix was in as always! Tapwrit mile an half winner but cant compete here... Lol. Always dreaming even had a prep here with a stake race wins the derby but cant compete here? Gunnervea was a big surprise he all of a sudden under zayas has skill. He sucked in all Three crown races. But here he is game for 2nd?hahha
DU...Saratoga, the grave yard of champions...Tapwrit wasn't the first and won't be the last...he beat 8 other horses!! I never though much of AD or CC. Yeah, most of these horses are very inconsistent. I had two favorites this year who just didn't pan out: Uncontested and Hence. They looked really good in one race, but one race is only one race. West Coast 4-1...Why? Never ran a mile and a quarter race, only 4 minor 1-1/16, 1-1/8...Sorry, those are girlie distances. All of a sudden he beats 11 other horses who have been running since the beginning of the year. Unless you can find the answer in the Saratoga track, I find it hard to explain. Next, the Bob Bafert Derby: Connected, Arrogate, and West End. At Saratoga or Del Mar.
