West Elm isn’t the only company that doesn’t have their own in-house delivery team. Many don’t.

Lol I deliver for Williams Sonoma so I do it all and west elm definitely has in home delivery. You can't send a couch via 2 day delivery usps lmao. I work in Manhattan nyc area and they all have in home delivery, west elm, Pottery Barn, Mark and Graham, Williams Sonoma home etc. So not sure where your located but they send out truck every day except Sundays unless it's busy

West Elm is still struggling in 2023. Supply Chain is an issue, but West Elm seems to be a disorganized mess.

OMG such a nightmare. I just made an order from them this weekend and hoping stuff gets received by Jan 2023, but hearing you waiting for 8 months and stuff are still not received is causing a lot of anxiety and stress for me. I hate how the sofa I ordered is custom color and they don't allow cancellation for that. What if people never receive their items?! Can it get pushed to corporate for cancellation?!

Let’s go Brandon! I go through this every day at work now. I work in printing. I never thought I’d see the day when whole brands of paper are on back order for months. I had a mitersaw stand that was lost for a month through fedex. Their delivery is trash now. We had a paper order at work lost for 2 weeks. Go UPS even USPS is better now.
