Wow, great video! AGAIN. It would be interesting to know what your journey was when you moved to Salem. What part of Salem did you move to (you mentioned it was a mistake) and even WHY did you leave Portland? 👍👌👍

I live in West Salem. And this picture you paint is too idealistic. Wallace Marine Park does have river front and a soft ball complex, but it also has a big homeless population, many of them on drugs. The bridge is something you will have to deal with and it's a bitch. And while we do have some shops and few restaurants, most employers are on the other side. When it snows the hills become rather treacherous and the city does little about it. And as an added bonus, you can get picked for jurry duty by both Polk county and The city of Salem.
