President Putin will give North Korea weapons that will help them if the US attacks. The S-400 and S-500 systems and anti-ship missiles. They could help North Korea build their own hypersonic missiles and help them with advanced technology. In exchange, North Korea will provide Russia with labor to build joint enterprises with Russia and help supply Russia with needed items when requested.
