The reader is monotonous and extremely difficult to tolerate. This is a great book and it's a crying shame that this reader was chosen for a grand adventure. 👎👎👎👎👎

good voice to sleep to. terrible voice as a reader. same descending note pattern over and over again. No emphasis. It's as bad as free text readers. He's robotic. and he reads way too many of their books.

I like him. Have your mom read you comics if you want "emphasis" or buy the books and read them yourself.

I believe all libravox readers are free text readers ..... I agree with your comments; I don't enjoy the reader unfortunately, however I suck it up and listen because I find the stories and characters (human and animal alike) delightful .......
