The South African Weather Service has issued 12 warnings nationwide, as the country battles a series of intense cold fronts.
Western Cape Local Government MEC Anton Bredell says authorities have the situation under control.

Where is National Government in all of this. Invisible, as usual. Long term solutions belong firmly in the hands of the national government, whose responsibility is to serve the public.

Go back to school....This is a problem for Local Goverment...when it's all over and you access the damage....then you Local Goverment ask for help from National Goverment...if nessesary....Your Local Goverment has got a Disaster Management Fund !!! Don't comment on something you know nothing about !!!
