I was at the game and these players are clueless off the ball it's not even funny Marcus would press and the others would sit back. Milanovic, Priestman & Badolato clueless off the ball, Milanovic trying to take on two players and losing the ball every single time. We cross and we can't even beat the first man our corners are horrible we can't win tackles we can't win the ball absolutely horrible. Clisby's passing range is poor he can only pass it on the line or pass it back every single time the midfielders asked him for the ball he didn't even have the vision and the ability to execute that pass. Simmons was poor as well and how can these young kids be running out of energy we don't see this happening at the Mariners and City do we even have a sports scientist and nutritionist at this club? Well said from George the fans put these players on a freaking pedestal and the players think they're already up there we're supposed to be a big club and we have players like Clisby and Pereiras starting for the club with all due respect to them. I question Rudan's extension simply on the Cleur experiment in midfield he's technically poor how was he not only playing in midfield but playing in front of Brillante, what a joke of a club!
I don’t understand how we kept our defence so high throughout the whole game. When Perth Glory (credit to them) just kept playing off the counter attack. You would think after the first disallowed goal, then the first official goal that went in after that. That maybe Rudan would have changed how the team was playing. Changed something tactically especially with the defence line. Or maybe the defence would of woke up and been more aware of the counter attacks. Then instead of fixing things, we concede the second goal. How was the second goal scored? Off a counter attack again! Now as a club whoever the powers may be, need to look at two things. Is Rudan tactically good enough as a coach to adjust when necessary, considering we have signed him for 3 more years? And do we have the right players playing for the jersey? We lost to a team without an owner, in financial shambles, players leaving, second last on the table and haven’t won an away again in over a year. Come on.
Perth 1-0 up subbed on two attackers. Us down 1-0, didn’t make any subs until the 65th minute, then Brooks in the 80th and left Younis on the bench. Says it all.
