Exactly, I see the struggle of BSB sang "MY LOVE" except Nick because he had a pitch. Unlike Westlife you cannot see the struggle while they sing the "I want it that way" or maybe because BSB is getting old and Brian still recover.

@@GiveReminders I noticed that too. Well, the WL lads have always been known for their strong voices and beautiful harmonies. They always sound incredible and they can sing their hearts out. Maybe Brian’s voice issue had sth to do with what we’ve noticed but it may also be that the BSB had been performing for some time before the collab and their voices were tired 🤷‍♀️

I’m 22 westlife fan from Dublin about half an hour drive from Nicky Byrne and I have to say given the fact westlife have only gone to the states 2/3 times because you guys rejected them because of the breakup of backstreet boys I’m shocked they do have westlife fans over there it’s good to see

I noticed BSB struggling while they do their version of My Love. Westlife, on the other hand is enjoying every moment of both songs. WL sang effortlessly, especially Mark's high notes and Shane's solo parts. So pleasing to listen to. This shows and proves why Westlife won over so many boybands in Battle of the Boybands several years ago. Westlife are still good looking even in their 40's. Well done boys. You are legends!!!!!

Yes. The westlife lads seemed to be having a lot of fun while performing both songs, specially IWITW. Maybe the BSB were tired because they had been performing for quite some time before the duet with the lads

Love all 9 and also Brain McFadden (WestLife), but Marky is vocally definitely the best. Marks agility, soulful voice, Black Gospel here & there is beyond great. This collaboration is a real treat. Imagine a great it would be if they'd do a whole concert on the same stage together!

I had no idea this existed. Westlife opened for Backstreet Boys before becoming a hit themselves. It was MTV Battle of the Boybands btw. Love this. Have you seen Westlife and Boyzone doing "No matter what" as a tribute for Stephen Gately of Boyzone after his passing? Sorry to hear about the loss of your parents. My mother was killed by a hospital in 2019 and my 71 year old father suffered a heart attack in January this year. Since then my husband and I have been taking care of him and my handicapped brother. They are both doing well. My mother was old school but there were only two boyband songs she adored and those were both from Westlife. She liked Brian. The songs were "Queen of my heart" and "You raise me up".

I looooved this collaboration! Mark’s voice is everything 🙌. I loved how he can also be heard during the “say” in Nick’s famous line “don’t wanna hear you say”. It just adds an extra thing to Nick’s beautiful voice. Btw, this performance made me realise how similar Kian and Kevin’s voices sound ❤

Man I thought as a guy I was the only one who knew about boy bands, you knew the names and could sing along so you got me beat. I know all of BSB catalog, but not Westlifes though I love Shane and Marks voices. I’m from NYC, so it wasn’t cool to say you liked Boy Bands in my time, how you pulled that off ? They both killed it vocally everything was on point, wish they could have done other songs.

Hi, thanks for your reaction here! Loved it!! With regards to My Love, since the departure of Brian, the lads gave Brian's verse in the second portion of the song to Nicky. Nicky has taken over that (entire) bit since the Turnaround Tour if I am not mistaken.

Alex and Mark can literally sing anything. Right when they started and opened for the other, I would've died.. even late 30s me gets all tongue tied just thinking about them lol! I had this, and the single/solo clips of each sharing like crazy for weeks lol.. It was like a dream come true ha. I always love your reactions, they are so much fun. It's so great to see someone else that actually loves/knows Westlife and uses that knowledge in their videos.. PS, I do know the No Goodbyes. I get this one, over that one, especially for the time period and radio.. Talking about Westlife, Mark sounded awesome as always. Shane was alright. He used to sound so good back in the days but not anymore. Kian was meh. Nicky sounded awful Talking about Bsb, Nick and Howie sounded great. Kevin sounded good. Brian sounded decent considering he has the vocal issue

I may be wrong on this, but I think they're singing as two groups separately, not as two groups combined into one, because I saw Shane getting ready to sing his full verse rather than letting Brian take the second half of that verse, Kevin was also seen getting ready to sing Mark's full bridge, and Brian can also be seen singing the last part of the bridge, and then the long note in 'My Love', but his voice got silenced. Idk though.
