This sign-off has been posted here on RU-vid before, but this posting has the "pillar boxing" (black bars on sides) removed, restoring the original 4:3 screen ratio. Includes numerous PBS program promos prior to the sign-off and SSB.

This national anthem film was also used by WSNS in Chicago in the late 80s.

Quite possibly. Windham Hill was pretty active in audio and visual production then (though they were better known as a record label).
