Diet tip: I think you are eating too few calories and a lot of sugar from the fruits (which causes insulin resistance/ spikes and inflammation) and sending your hormones out of normal range, causing it to be very hard to lose weight. I didn't see your dinner, but your daily meals could be less than 1,000 calories, sending your body into starvation mode. It will refuse to drop anymore weight. You may have to reverse diet to give your body rest (eating your normally required daily calories to reset your metabolism- 1700-2200 calories a day, depending on your activity level). And intermitted fast, every few weeks, that may help you get out of a weight loss rut/ plateau.
