Whack fol the Diddle - Ernie Mayne (G&T TEST, Issued as 3-2440) (1905) 

I’ve been informed this was used in syncopation with a gaumont silent film! The two other records Mayne has made do have their existing films to be found but not this one at all! How very very interesting.
A rarity no doubt, didn’t even know Ernie Mayne was on G&T (or record for Gram. Co.)! I doubt there any sources for speeds on this one so I appreciate anybody who can help that.
Also, is it just me or can I hear faint “ghost” voices when the piano is finishing off the record? There is one person who is very keen on music hall and ghost voices who I hope will comment about that here!
