Whaly 370 Pre launch setup 

After watching your video and some others on RU-vid.I decided to get the 435 model either dark grey or black!Really nice boats compared to inflatable boat that punctures easily.I like your setup too!

Good use of space. I didn't do the front cleat like that because of the rail, but that looks like a better stronger location for it.

I jave the same whaly 370; last summer I used it with a manual drive Yamaha F15. You can check out my clip too. Just yesterday I bought a new light weight remote controlled F25, I will install the original console just like yours. So; to save some more space on the boat, I'm thinking of placing the gas tank inside the storage box at the backside. Yamaha's original 25L gas tank does not fit in there.. Looking for a gas tank at the moment..

That overhand knot weakens your anchor line at that point by more than 50%, maybe use a separate piece of line to keep your hatch open.

How you install the cleat on the surface of polyethylene boat? is is strong enough to fix with tapping?
