Spring swarm. Looking for a new home. Wherever they are bunching up is where the new queen is. Just breath and walk inside. They don't want you, just to protect the queen until they settle somewhere.
I’m not a beekeeper, but I’ve probably watched over 1000 hours of RU-vid videos and what I think it is is either they are robbing another swarms, honey stores or they are swarming and looking for a new home. I’m leaning more towards robbing because they don’t seem very chill. When they’re swarming for looking for a new home, you can literally shake them off the branch into a box and they won’t sting you. This looks like the swarm is aggressive…so probably robbing.
It's one of two things a hive is on the move to a safer location or its a bee war one hive has started to grown inside another hives territory and the original hive is coming in to defend there turf
