It all looks delicious! If you use Dukes mayonnaise, the jar lid fits a regular mason jar perfectly with no leaks.

What "type" of sausage would you use in those biscuits if you just don't like bacon? Crumbled? Pattied? Chopped links?

I think any of those would work. You can cut the patties or links into pieces. You could also use crumbled, but personally I’d mix the cooked sausage crumbles in with the scrambled eggs
