But you didn't make Deviled Eggs. You made Angel Eggs. No vinegar. Deviled Eggs are made with 2 Tbsp vinegar. It's the vinegar that gives the egg the "bite", i.e., the devil part. Your Angel Eggs look delicious though. Happy Easter!
Actually, I did put vinegar in them. Two of the ingredients I used have vinegar as a main ingredient - mustard and relish. Also, deviled eggs don’t have to have vinegar. “Deviled” means they have spice or zest. Not vinegar. There’s paprika & pepper for the spice/zest. But again, 2 of the ingredients added have vinegar as a main ingredient so there’s definitely vinegar in there.
