How many hours you work in one shift? I am just wondering why the administration (hospital)is allowing you to work 5 days straight.First of all it’s dangerous to the patient (client) and secondly it’s about your health and well-being.There’s no doubt you can handle the work load. Hello Roger, it’s actually only 3-4days a week or 37.5 hours/week, so the trust doesn’t allow us to work 3 days straight, but we are allowed to do Bank Shifts, so that’s why I worked for 5 days straight. 😜
