Hey idk if ull see this comment but if ur phone is iphone 12 or higher ( so with magsafe ) then it might be ur case thats causing trouble! There are two types of chargers, just a normal one that works for all wireless charing phones and then one for magsafe phones ( iphone 12 and higher) usually these magsafe chargers have a big circle, like urs soooo try it without any case and if it charges properly then u can only use it without a case OR with a magsafe compatible case ( just searrch magsafe case iphone blabla) hope this helps x
