Thank you for sharing these common reasons in failing an interview and the tips on how it will overcome. This is very helpful to know these reasons for the job seeker look for the jobs where they really qualified :)

Most of the time over rating a level/proficiency is an issue on the hiring companies side. They expect that an N3-N2 level is the same as an N1/Native level. Also, indicating "NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED" but will give you an assessment full of technical words that is only used on that job, words that does not exist in JLPT universe, and you cannot understand even if its translated in English (based on experience).

Very much said..i myself speak korean for everyday language when i was there for almost a decade..working with korean people and i thought i know it all..but its not enough i believe..learning more deeper bussiness conversation is an essential and typing in korean as well..ive tried once and failed 4 yrs ago..
