The Vikings will be trading both 2024 1st rounders, next years 1st rounder and a 3rd rounder next year to the Patriots for #3. They may add a 3rd from this year too. Because the Texans traded the 23rd pick to them for two second round picks, such a trade to #2 will have cost the Vikings two 1st rounders (2024 & 2025), two 2nd rounders (2024 & 2025) and a 3rd rounder in 2025). Best part, that 2025 3rd rounder is a comp pick earned *BECAUSE* New England agreed to pay KJ Osborn enough to qualify for the comp pick.

Caitlin Clark doesn't play defense and is predictable on the offensive side of the ball going up against Pros who are already sick of hearing about how great she is all while on the team who had the worst record in the WNBA last year. Williams is going to a team that was 1 win away from the playoffs who has added more weapons to the offense. That being said, Williams and the Bears will have a better winning percentage over Clark and the Fever.

The gap between marvin harrison, malik nabors and rome odunze is not that big that a team would absolutely not trade down to take a different. Drake Maye is a chump compared. At every level as of today. Stats, championships, film, maturity. In fact JD5 > KW13. If I were Bears, I swap with Wash. for some choice picks. Take JD5, and use acquired picks to trade up #9 for Malik Nabors. They already have chemistry, and arguably the best in the draft at both positions. If not the best, the difference is minuscule as has been debated since Jan.
