Thanks for your guidance. I have seen many of your videos and your words are surprisingly good. Though, I have a question, would you please to answer me? Many people told me that If I want to be a good QS, I need to have a few year experience working as Site Supervisor in actual projects? It it true, please give me your advise because I'm very new in Construction field. Thank you,

Hello and thank you for your kind comments. Although site experience is helpful, it is not essential. All 3 directors of Metroun started as Trainee QS's at the beginning of our careers without starting as site agents/supervisors. It is important to gain exposure on site but this can be done on the job. This video may be useful for you ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yBhUIWJbpuc.html
