Look into the Skinfood corrector on Amazon/online. It’s been the best thing after the Becca I can find and $10! I have the lightest but you may be able to do the #2. I feel like it’s like if the becca corrector and the benefit erase paste had a baby!

The Naked palettes are always reliable but the others, not so much! I'd love to see the brand make a comeback because they have been one of my first and favorite makeup line!
Keeping my eye out for an (eventual) replacement for my Becca color corrector, but thinking that we might see the same product come back under a different brand name within the Estée Lauder family of brands. With all the buzz I have heard about the corrector lately, including dupes or people buying backups, seems like that would be a smart business move.

My mental situation was already bad, but the news and climate disasters are really getting on top of me the past few days. I was trying to think of something that would help me feel a bit soothed and down to earth, so I came here. The world is still a nightmare but the calm positive mom vibes you exude are always lovely.
Try not to believe everything you hear on the news. They only care about ratings and fear mongering. I started to realize it when covid kicked off. Watch Project Veritas on YT. It seems they are one of the few out there giving us real information. They have real people on tape confessing to these things and whistle blowers as well. Now the media is focusing on climate change instead of covid now for ratings and fear mongering again. So please don't believe everything you hear. Do your own research for sure.

Loved hearing about your pergola. Many years ago we built a pergola over a July 4th weekend - in Houston heat and humidity. I totally get it. But it was an amazing family project. Lots of great memories!!
Can I just say I’m glad to see another color correcting product. Years ago I remember there was a trend of everyone color correcting and there were sooo many products and palettes and then it’s like most of them went away. For those of us with discoloration who “need”/desire to color correct it’s been hard shopping for one. I find that my makeup looks a lot better and less muddy or dirty when I color correct because my discoloration is pronounced right now.
Hey Emily, as far as lip plumpers, Hard Candy has a lip plumping gloss called Max Pout,and i use it all the time. It plumps my lips beautifully,and it gives your lips color as well. You might check it out.

Thanks for trying the Prince UD palette! I got the entire collection except for the face powder (I’m a huge fan like Pup), but haven’t had a chance to play with everything. The Let’s Go Crazy palette color story is gorgeous! The palettes got conflicting reviews on Sephora and I was a little nervous that they wouldn’t do Prince justice, but glad you enjoyed it!

I love to know what you're thinking in your random thought. This year I am all about catering to the special diet needs at our family cookout - which we didn't hold last year. My aunt who passed in October always made a special sugar-free pie for her diabetic brother, so I'm trying that out in her honor this year. Also I'm watching what I eat for GI health, so I'm also bringing a gluten-free, low FODMAP version of Mediterranean pasta salad. Sounds fab, right?! 😂
Tell Pup that I have looked for a dupe for an Estee Lauder eyeshadow duo from the 70's that was a matte taupe on one side and a shimmer taupe on the other that you could use wet or dry and have NEVER found anything even close. so glad she found a dup however I cannot find HANG anywhere...discontinued? Emily maybe "David" could helpWith a dup for that taupe duo.
I love colors like that, too. If I come across something I will pass it on. Loreal had put out some good duos back in the day. I wish they'd bring them back! Nars, too.
Taupey shades are my favorite. I made my own duo with Makeup forever singles ME554(shimmer) & M549(matte). The matte one I picked is slightly more pink than I’d like but it works perfect with the taupe shimmer
@@makeupgrl24 Thanks, MUF is the closest I've come with a Dior shimmer single, now discontinued. MUF so under rated, far better than Viseart. The mattes are soooo smooth.

I'm in WI and I feel you on the sweatbands! Horrible. I definitely need tips or tricks or product knowledge on how to blot sweat from my forehead without messing up my look because I'm over trying so hard to put myself together and then 5 minutes later I look worse than I started in the first place.

I would love to see a collab with a youtuber who has a totally opposite makeup style as you, and you either make each other up (once restrictions allow) or you choose each other’s products in their own style so you have to try something very different on you!
I think you might find coincidentally amusing. The UD Prince Collection commercial played before your video. I picked up the lighter more purple Prince palette. It's a like for me, as well. Tarte Surfer Curl is really great for my lower lashes. Tarte Big Ego, Nars Climax & PML Dark Star are my favorite high end mascaras. I like the Loreal Voluminous Original mascara in Blue & Black. The Nars concealer is really nice. I'm exploring the different trial sizes of mascara in my drawer. Samples come in handy while I'm between today's love & tomorrow's new crush.
Hi emily! i have a video from you i'd love to see: you know how when you have a larger makeup collection you feel "guilty" using the fancy, expensive / luxury stuff? I think you should do a video of all the fancy stuff you already have (=shop my stash style) and rarely use because they are for "special occasions". hope you see this!
I honestly believe that you are one of the few RU-vidrs beauty guru influencers that is always honest. You always say this product is undoable or this product is absolutely doable with XYZ product. And for a mom who has one in college and one soon to be going to college saving the money is so important to me as it is to many others even more than ever with our current situation across the world. I love the Tarte Lip Surgerence. I actually didn't realise they had been discontinued but not really clued up on Tarte these days. I did a huge declutter of my lip products last year but I kept some of them. That's the style of lip product I like wearing best. The Colourpop Just A Tint's are also really good.
Any chance you could do a look with all fragrance free products? I'm really sensitive to scents, I sniff every tester like it was a candle. I'm sure I look pretty silly at the store.
I am older and I do not like the Elf CC cream - my skin is dry and it just looks awful - I will only use the IT CC cream. I see no comparison in the two like some influencers have seen. One feels dry, the other feels hydrating. The Elf left my skin patchy looking.

I just love your videos I wish I could watch one every morning. I wake up at 5:30 my husband goes to work and I watch you tube videos for an hour before I have to get ready but get excited when I get to watch yours. Hello from Scotland our summer temperature is about 18 degrees lol I have also been busy painting decking,fencing ,garden furniture it's a loosing battle with all the wind & rain we get 😑 I use Pericone foundation with all the skin care benefits it has It has really enjoy using it.
Hi it was warm yesterday at around 22, but yes 18 is fine - pleasant and no need for a jacket. It's the rain lol and mostly the weekends seem to be the wettest days. We have a motorbike and I'm far too old at 49 to enjoy the bike in all weathers - gone are the days of being on a motorbike year round, even in a blizzard. I have pretty bad arthritis and all that dampness isn't it's friend. Hopefully we will have some better days to come though. x ps I like the perricone product too.

I've been mixing iconic London illuminator in shine with CT flawless filter for my highlight lately, and the combo is perfect for the darkness on my eyes under concealer, plus really thin, and acts like a highlight.

The Becca under eye brightener is almost oily on my skin. Something a bit drier works much better for me. Also, wish you had gotten the more purple palette. Haven’t seen you use an all out cool toned palette in a while
Supergoop Play is my holy grail sunscreen I use as a primer and it seems that help. I honestly can’t say that my foundation really survives a mask with 8 to 12 hours of where because of the sweat heat, blah blah blah. It’s a LOT to ask of a foundation. I think there’s some left on my face. Makeup just wasn’t meant to last under those conditions.

Funny the difference in skin tones. On my pale self 👻 Nars vanilla is my perfect skin tone match. I use it to cover blemishes. Always love watching your videos. A bright spot in my already difficult week. 💕
My favorite July 4th foods are a great Swiss burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard. The side is macaroni and cheese. Nice cold sweet tea. Your look was fresh and the Derma blend looked very good. Stay cool. 😎❤️💄Kathy 😷

I actually prefer "fatter" loose face powder formulas for setting. I find really fine powders to be extremely dry looking on me especially on the undereye area and they emphasize fine lines. Even though I'm not crazy about the scent I really love my Coty Airspun powder, I've been using it for over 10 years and I always end up coming back to it when I try something new. Only $8 too!

Benefit Goof Proof is a great teardrop pencil for me because of the shape, formula AND color. It was a happy accident as I thought I had purchased the Precisely My Brow pencil.
Surfer curl is my favorite mascara. I love it so much and just keep tossing all the other contenders in the trash and going back to it. Ive been liking the color corrector from Nars but am totally open to better options.
okay, possible diy? but for an under eye corrector, couldn’t you get a peachy cream blush and mix it with some foundation or concealer? i would love to see someone try that! i know it’s not new, but who knows it might be really good!
Emily, Aveeno and Neutrogena have recalls on sunscreen for causing cancer. Be careful when buying from those brands. I'm replacing my Becca under eye corrector with the one by Tarte. Works great for me!
