The alligator head floating in the pool is to keep birds away. My dad has 2 in his pond, no more bird eating his fish.

What's the dredged depth at the deeded dock? I'd need 8-9 ft @ low tide.

This property's control depth is 4ft, canal depth near the deeded dock is around 6ft. However, the Lower Keys max control depth is around 4ft, most are around 3ft. What kind of boat do you have?
