Your socks blend right into the bathroom tile. Couldn't help but notice it. The apartment has a great layout and is very attractive. Nice area of town. Thanks for the video tour.
@@GRAFFTRealEstate I’m just impressed that you’re doing the tour in your socks. The floors are in great shape, and the carpets are pristine. It’s not only professional that you took your shoes off, you’re showing respect for another person’s home. I cringe when I see house tour videos where agents are walking around a beautiful home with great floors and carpets in their shoes. Shouldn’t there be an industry standard for realtors to remove their shoes and ask their clients to do the same when visiting a property for sale or rent?
This is nice for the price. I honestly like the floor as well. I agree with the note about being too high. Hated living on the 16th floor. Such a long ride on the elevator.
Location is fantastic but I’d still spend 80k-100k to make some cosmetic upgrades and lighting improvements. I wonder how much they’d come down on the price? Hmmmm
I'm looking, this isn't for me but I liked it overall, mostly because it has a good amount of living space, that's very important if you entertain. A lot could be done with this place.
This is awesome, and I would love to live near the ground, only because my fiance does not like heights, so something 7 floors or lower would be idea. The one drawback...taxes for this price point. Aren't they a little high?
7:29 You said that you woke up and see that every single day. But is that South-East beacuse this is the direction where sun rises in Chicago. And sun sets in South-West. It should be SE in order for you to see the sunrise. You have to tell me, is it SE or not?
I have to admit this is a bargain for a Gold Coast 2 bed condo, but lol @ "8 foot ceilings" - that's not impressive at all. The kitchen is outdated so be prepared to spend another 10-15k on reno. That slither of water views is a joke. Closet spaces are a joke. And I can only imagine how astronomically overpriced the HOA fees may be. The "dedicated den or office area" is a waste of space. I wonder if you can take away some of that space to add more dimensions to both bedrooms. So, if all of that reno is allowed, 450k may not be such a bargain after all.
Drinking disgusts me. Why are so many high end properties marketed with bars, wine cellars, and dedicated party spaces? Most wealthy people didn't get that way through riotous behavior.
