You should do more homes in this size I feel there's something about the size which makes them feel manageable & homey of course luxurious at the same time so best of all worlds....

I really like the way the house is staged. It’s modern but feels very homey. A lot of modern homes lack warmth cause they do everything in black and white.

@@EnesYilmazer Yes, It's an expensive neighborhood, but I don't understand why, the city is full of homeless people. There's a high crime rate etc. Incredible luxury and extreme poverty in one place. :)
You are right! The problem is, weather is nice through out the entire year which attracts lots of homeless people but at the same time its incredibly expensive which makes it hard to survive. Combination of both of those factors plays a huge role in homes population and poverty.
@@andraskiraly4216 most of America is like this, really expensive neighborhoods directly next to impoverished ones. Downtown areas are like this, which in my opinion is the reason for most money based crime. People can't afford rent or food with low paying jobs and no education live in the projects with parks that don't have hoops or even seats on the swing sets and put them 60ft from a posh suit-jacket only restaurant with mandatory valet parking and a doorman wearing a Gucci suit and Ferragamo shoes. America thrives on difference.
@@EnesYilmazer most of LA's homeless are people with mental impairment, Veterans, and people who moved there for acting or music and did not catch a break. I don't think very many people are thinking hey I'm homeless in NYC why not just move to LA and I'll be homeless there...

It's good to see houses in the $5 to 6 millions range in Hollywood. Big different from 10 years ago what $5.5 millions can buy in Hollywood Hills during the 2009 recession. Still remember one of my favorite house located at 7691 Mulholland Dr. sold for $5.2 millions - I missed that opportunity.Thanks Enes and have fun.

Doesn't it bothers anyone that this house only has a 1 car garage like ssrsly if one is gonna spend 5 mil on the house , don't u think a minimum 2 car garage is what should be expected ? 🤔
I expect that it only has one garage, for the size of the lot. Also this is a very quiet street, I say you could park up to 2 cars outside. Feels like a safe neighborhood too
I’m spending my lockdown watching your videos. I like how you two joke around in between the videos and ask each other questions. That’s give a special touch to your videos. The funniest video so far is your 50 million dollars house tour. In that video you both are so surprised and excited at the same time it gives me joy. Keep it up, don’t be a typical boring house tour videos.
I just wanna give a shout out to the video editor whoever it is. Almost every scene pulls shots from three separate cameras: the camera Mikey carries, the second camera with the narrow depth of field, and the drone shots. Lots of editing and work goes into these scenes to make sure the audience don’t lose visual attention
Hi Enes, your property shows are inspiring as they give your subscribers various options and preferences, some style of properties will be to one's taste but others won't and this is what is all about. Watching property shows like Grand Design in England, inspired me to build a bungalow in a slightly different way from other like builds around my bungalow. Keep doing what you and your team are doing, is an excellent and constructive form of entertainment, which is "fair enough" 😊.
I mean I really like the properties in West Hollywood, but as a car guy there is just no chance to live there. When buying a house for that amount of money the probability to have more than 2 cars that I want to store in a garage is very high to say the least...
$5 mil house, where’s the pot filler in the kitchen! Also it says 6 bath. But by my count there’s one powder, one en-suite in basement. Two en-suite on first floor, and one master bathroom. Total = 5 bathrooms? There was no bathroom or powder room shown on the ground floor which seems strange. And where do guests go to dry off or shower after using the pool, into an en-suite? Would have preferred a 3/4 bath on ground floor.
Laminar flow, from what I learnt in Geo, is when the water in the river flows smoothly in a straight line. Once you have the slighest unevenness in the river bed, such as having a rock popping up, it destroys the laminar flow. Laminar flow is very rare in nature and the slightest change can ruin it. The most common types of flows are helicoidal flow and turbulent flow. The helicoidal flow is usually found in the thalwag but not always. Hope that helps.
I enjoyed your tour. Interesting house, with things I like about it and things I don't like. The kitchen was too much flat white surfaces for my taste. Nice to have multiple spaces that can be used for different purposes, indoors and out. Main spaces aren't just boxes. The stairs not blocking the view and space, I very much like. Raised pool - I have yet to visit anyone with something like that. I'd like to try that kind of pool on a hot summer day, someday. The camera shows things well, with different directions from different places, to get a sense of what's there. In fact as a computer vision nerd, I wonder how good a 3D reconstruction I'd get from the frames of this video? The data is there, mostly. That's my geeky way of saying: you've shown us everything important. (Missing the main floor bathroom, but it's not essential.) But back to the house... moulding? ("Molding" or "Moulding"?) I like it or not depending on the situation. This house, okay to not have any. But I think of something Pablo Soleri wrote, about having something to fill the otherwise hard right angles where, for example, a tall building joins flat ground. A wall joining a floor is like that in miniature. Moulding makes a transition. Looking at this house, I'll agree to leave moulding off, for style, not just to avoid certain construction problems. The iron grill over the windows - clever, it works, but at the same time reminds me of those iron bar window grills I see on stores in Detroit or eastern Portland. Ick! It takes a skilled architect to choose the right item to avoid having anyone think of that notion. Overall my favorite thing about this house is all the big windows, daylight coming in everywhere. Even a skylight to bring light into a part of the basement level. Now, just one last thing, since I really like this house overall ... [feels around in pockets] Um... five million? Gee, I'm a little short at the moment, so I guess I'll just enjoy the tour and maybe just for fun make a 3D model in Blender.

What kind of confuses me about these homes is the basement escape ladders. Not the need for them but the way they're used. What I wonder is why the owners/designers don't add a glass door instead of a bigger window and make it into a private patio for the guest or whomever is staying in that room. Is it municipal code thing where it can only be used for escape purposes? I mean in some of the homes that have been shown the space is a pretty good size.
This is was one the comfortable and chill tours I have ever watched! You guys talk and show things in a way that makes it interesting and welcoming, like it feels natural and that you’re not trying to hard! Amazing job 🙂

When I worked at Nickelodeon on sunset 10 years ago we used to park on el centro in front of the houses so we didn’t have to pay for parking and I always loved the beautiful houses there is this anywhere near there?
Great tour Enes & Team! In a way I think this house is my favorite one so far. It looks like a space I would feel right at home inside. It is my favorite home for use of space, layout and feel. Something fantastic but attainable and realistic as a true live in amen. I also like the squirrel pbotobomb at the very end on the backyard power line as Mickey narrates the Instagrams...!!! This house is beautiful but the view is not. Imagine starring at those electricity lines from the master bedroom, i expect the underground power line in millions dollar neighborhood
Very slick, urban design. It almost feels like something you would find in an Asian city by its use of seemingly every square inch of property to the setbacks, the huge basement and the sophisticated outdoor space and landscaping all in a compact lot. The plate heights are impressive, there must have been a heck of a lot of site work - excavation - to construct that basement. I’m with you in the use of minimal trim and case work - every inch of even a small baseboard that sticks out just becomes another surface for dust to gather on. The two of you as a team make it a pleasure to tour and learn about the property. Btw, the raised windows used smartly in this property for natural light and privacy are called clerestories. Looking forward to seeing another of your video property tours!
