I understand what you saying about the energy I gave up buying a 9000 sq foot house in Atlanta Ga for a beautiful 2100 sq feet condo in NYC and I wouldn’t change it one bit! I have security which is my doorman my yard is Central Park and the Hudson and outside my door I have anything and everything💯💯😊😊
I would love to see this show but for people just moving to New York. Like what you can get for $ in ___ vs ___. Love this content and will always watch. But it would be cool to see some more “affordable” content for people just moving to NY or just ballin on a budget.
Go in with a friend and co-op both units. :) Like I have $6MIL laying around. Ideal though. Both properties are amazing. Love view in DUMBO and that outdoor space in EV.
I left Brooklyn 22 years ago and I still have my accent. I notice every show I see showing me nyc homes don’t have the nyc accent. Lol. I like LES as soon as you step outside I was like oh yeah that’s the one.
Come on, guys. Please take time to explain the property more like rooms, kitchen material, type of stove, and fridge. Extra electrical connections. Is the window shadows electric or not. Details to us who are looking to invest in USA its very important. I know the description of the videos says that you guys will be having lunch but details are important. Pls keep that in mind. I would like to see more from you guys. Thanx
196 Orchard selling point is the grand terrace, but you omitted that it's facing a huge concrete wall from another building which eclipses the whole concept. Living/dining space look rather tiny.
2nd place definitely. Much nicer-looking building in a much more interesting neighbourhood. For the first place the fact that there's no door on the bathroom is weird, and the fact that you have to go through the bedroom to get to the roof terrace isn't great either, but other than that there's not much to choose between the apartments themselves.
Not feeling the boyish hipster vibe. I don't know if it's the casual wear or the playfulness that's throwing me off but I still prefer the suit and seriousness of someone like Ryan or Erik Conover when looking at these houses.
I really love the format and you guys, but as other people say in the comments I would love to see way more of the apartment instead of watching you clowning around
I'm tryin lol "dark, earth, stone" wt?? I love you Ryan but I just cant sometimes with this show. They should watch more of your videos for a while. Thanks
Too much useless banter and not enough of the apartment. If this is supposed to actually show the apartment, you guys crash & burn. I didn't even know how many bedrooms each place had until the last minute and its not like we saw them...I felt like I saw a 6.5M apartment and only saw the balcony, the sofa 1 br and the bathroom. Then you talk about showing the building amenities and just don't - ending on the roof DOES NOT count. You really need to improve on that in season 2. You guys seem cool and all but I came here for the entire apartment...not to see y'all talk about some random feature in the apartment for the majority of the viewing and then completely skip over some of the other important parts of the apartment.
These guys make people despise your brand - I know you have NYC-itis - but these people aren't representative of the larger audience you are looking for.
more showing, less performing. our focus should be on the property not on your performance. and you both do not have very much knowledge. heard lots of 'i don't know bro" type language
