I wish more of those units was shown, like more of the bedrooms, and even look at the amenities of the building. I feel like 15 to 20 mins episode may be better. I feel like it was rush. But still good.
Love the energy, wish there was a more complete look at the layouts (so all bedrooms and baths). But otherwise the chemistry is great, and the LES is just so fun to live in so I’d have to go with that
Having a passive house apartment in NYC is such a huge plus, I cannot even begin to describe it. These guys didn't do it justice. You get apartment that is airtight with triple-pane windows that keep temperature steady inside and keep all the noise out, you get extra insulation in walls and floors, which keeps the noise from your neighbors out and you get constant stream of fresh, filtered air and circulates in your place. Cooling and heating is done naturally and completely silent (again, anyone living in NYC knows what a big deal that is). I don't understand why all new construction isn't done to passive house standards.
Great, show. I like that they joke around and have good personalities, however I'd like to see more serious moments within the apartments, and maybe a little more information about the neighbourhoods. Also, I like that you went to a food spot. You should definitely incorporate that into future episodes.
Wow, really enjoyed this episode. The duo brokers are obviously having a blast while showing you two incredible apts. My fave is the second one! I’m excited to see what’s next!
Top marks to the designers of the riverside park unit which shows the return to the spacious, separate , fully functional kitchen with sliding door . Thank goodness that at least here we are moving on from the “fake” display kitchen/living/ dining disaster ) designed for show, or maybe a place to unwrap the take away or make a cup of coffee. Real meals get prepared here in this unit. And you can close the door on the mess that results when cooking for friends ( rather than getting the caterers in) and join the friends in a relaxing atmosphere of a proper living room free from the cooking smells, dirty saucepans etc . Maybe Covid restrictions highlighted the design flaws of the cost cutting kitchen/ living/ dining room concept . It’s disadvantages probably became evident when families were locked down for 24 hours a day and all had to share the one communal space other than the bedroom for the whole range of activities a family has such as working from home, children’s play space, quiet reading and relaxing places, somewhere to watch tv cook meals, etc without the isolation of retreating to a bedroom . The return to function over form ?
I love this show real estate plus restaurants they go to so cool and they have great chemistry I watched every episode this weekend hopefully Ryan serhant brings Brian and brad back 🙏🏿❤️😃
East Village has amazing food, and that unit had a little outdoor space. That was glossed over. I would think any bit of outdoor space would be prime in New York.
Great episode. Like and comment people. New channels with this kind of budget don't just magically become successful because they spend a lot on production!
@@lucasnaroz yeah I hear you! There just needs to be some sort of conclusion- Worth it for example always ends with which is most “worth it”. Maybe they take around just a third person as a guest or do a public poll
The guys clowning around and talking over each other made this video hard to follow. I'd rather see the properties presented at a slightly slower pace, with more time on each room and its features.
they even compared romen on that show but i like that they promoted a "mom and pap" shop in the pandemic so they surly needed the shout out. Good ideas spread they compare brooklyn manhattan usually manhattan if your single brooklyn if you are looking for a place to raise a family.
I like the content but i wish you showed more of the apartments. i don’t like that you mention a walk in closet but don’t show it. great editing though!
I like that you try to put tongue and cheek but it’s too much about that and less about the 0lace I would of loved to see bedrooms more and like amneties but still got my attention
not that I could not pay it like, 3 million, come on, but whats the last price I want to make you cry when you pay me just so you can say wow STEFAN EGGER is inside my apartment. Will be great value to you. People would go crazy, I know you dont have the vision to make this happen but I can already see me moving in there. Contact me any time.
Not really liking this episode. Sorry. Oh and "synroness" is NOT a word. These agents are just all over the place. Stick to the details man. Maybe watch your boss's style. Anyhoo I like the second home better. Good luck Ryan!
Being from NYC - I am always slightly amused and disgusted by how people try to convince anyone living in what is the equivalent of a college grad starter apartment for millions of dollars is a bargain. For under $400,000 you could get a brand new 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house and 5 or more acres of land - parks, lakes, nature centers, water falls, etc... just an hour flight away from NYC.
