I really dig this house! So the Parade of Homes is a bunch of random people just walking through your house? Do people volunteer for this or is it mandatory in this gated community?

Right? To the tune of 30-40k visitors in 10 days. Great question, people usually enter their homes in the parade, it is typically builders to showcase the quality of their builds. Some homes are for sale and some homes are built for a specific client, but the client often gets some perks from the builder for having their home in the parade. I don’t think I would be cool with having that many people walk through my house. I suppose it’s like an accelerated break in period for the flooring and doors lol

Looking at the picture from above, it's a terrible location for a house that an asking price is $ 7,000,000. It's not worth it! Much nicer homes are available for less than half, with better views.🤮

Stone Cliff is a terrible, awful, horrible gated community featuring some of the most horrific views in on of the worst places in the world - St George, UT. You are right, anyone that has the ability to access $7MM can make the right choice. Evidently there are a bunch of folks that had no clue, so they chose to spend it here.
