I do like the agents tours as they give extra info about the properties but I feel like it’s better when it’s just you guys because it feels more like an exploration 😂

Really hope you haven’t given up on floor plans? Love your channel but one of the things that distinguished yours was the inclusion of floor plans to better understand how each property works.

Don’t know how I feel about the fact that it backs onto a school. For the money, I’d prefer a little quieter environment. Ditch the agents. No need for them. I felt a little like he was intruding on my usual viewing experience. You two are fine!

I love the different levels/platforms of the house but I can sense a lot of people being annoyed with the leather flooring and pony skin doors

He seems very exited by the concept of “doors” and being able to close off a space with them. I’d thought doors had been around for quite a while now 😂

Hey Matt & Summer, first of all great apartment love the design. Just a suggestion maybe you could also include some night scene of the apartment so that your viewers are able to see how does it look at night with all the lights on. I got a feeling, apartment like this will have beautiful lighting at night.

Appreciate the work you guys been putting in 💪🏾.This isn't for me for a few reasons.The ceilings are not consistently high and I noticed that Matt had to bend a few times.If I had the money I wouldn't pay more than 2.5 million for this. Decent size and looks nice in bits. Too many up and down stairs randomly. Plus it's not even that close to central London (edge of zone 2). But I'm a Londoner so maybe a little too harsh 🤷🏾‍♂️

Really nice place. A few of my friend's have Edelman leather floors and even leather walls, they really are a cool thing to have. The next house I build I plant to have leather floors in the office.

FINALLY!!! A home in the UK with CLOSETS!! AMAZING!!! Hahaha Honestly, people in the UK must have only 4 outfits per year to wear (or they turn an entire bedroom into a closet like Matt & Summer did!). This apartment is really well done if you like the modern footballer / record producer look and don't mind 79 different flights of stairs. And the fact that you only own it for less than 100 years! I understand some homeowners may not want anyone being alone without an agent in the house. But The agent should have waited in car. Don't have me started on the "trench" heating. Also sounds like a school right next door.

Prefer without the agent. Not happy it's right by a school, you could hear the children in the play ground. Also, the bedrooms are tiny and that kitchen was so narrow and claustrophobic. It's seems that every other room has been compromised by the space used for the large open living area. It's a NO from me. PS Missed the Floor Plan too.

Not keen on this at all, but each to their own. I prefer when it's just Matt and Summer showing us around.

This might be the worst house i've ever seen for that sort of price. You're paying for pony skin, a large chandelier, an appalling kitchen, and no privacy (8 apartments), as well as over half of the square feet being above your head and not useable.

All looked nice, but the kitchen was terrible!

Agents are fine for an introduction to the property but leave them at the door. I watch because of your reactions to the property. This felt rushed. Matt you weren't yourself and Summer you were just the camera person. And I missed seeing the floor plan.

Nice apartment. Not for young children, elderly or disabled. Too many stairs. For a young trendy professional.

3 Million and no family bathroom?

Seems over priced! Kitchen looks cramped, living space feels cavernous. Bedrooms look squeezed into walk in closet spaces. Noisy neighborhood, garden is underwhelming. I know he's tall, but many of those spaces seem too low, or is that man also freakishly short?
