this my fave kind of prop. a conversion of a go building sorts. i was sold on this and then i seen the baby grand and i knew i had to have it. incredible. imagine writing songs where convicts spend time reflecting. that's a space full of myths and legends

the vaulted ceilings in the basement alone make it worth the price tag! Absolutely love this apartment. Not a fan of Brentford, but I suppose the fact that it's a solidly constructed building and partially below ground level might drown out the endless noise of planes coming in to Heathrow.

Yes I've been waiting to see a place in Brentford 🙂 this place is so unique. If possible, can you do Chiswick, Hammersmith or Fulham next.

What a unique looking property very uniquely converted. I’m not a fan on the outside look of the property but I can admire the owners creativity. The inside entrance is beautifully done and what a stunning apartment and the interior design is top level. Love the space of the apartment which is extremely rare in London and yes London prices are ridiculous 🤷‍♂️🤯 . Stunning stunning interiorly 🤩 great job guys as always can’t wait for more 😊👍🙏

Another unique property. Amazing. Thankfully the cellar ceiling was not whitewashed. The hallway is WIDE. I was not expecting an outdoor area in this property and that too on the lower ground floor. Have you missed a zero in the price tag?

Nice but the basement needs reconfiguring. I don't like how it opened onto communal space with all those bikes. Unless it was staff space and entrance, but the property isn't big enough for living in staff. 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐

I grew up here and remember when it was an actual magistrates’ court. I often visit ‘The Verdict’ cafe which is part of the same building . To see the inside of this apartment has been such a fantastic experience. I must say that this channel has become my guilty pleasure!

Really appealing, interesting apartment despite the lack of natural light in the basement (I don't think a room can be called a bedroom unless it has a window though)

There’s a thin line between cosy and claustrophobic... the lack of natural light on the basement is a downer. I’d be satisfied with the upper floor, though.
