@DieArmbrust What the hell are you going on about, he is talking about the comics not halo 4 and 5. If you want to blame anyone, blame bungie for abandoning halo to go work for activision and make destiny
@DieArmbrust No, they couldn't pick up in the future because Microsoft owns halo. Bungie left microsoft to go to activision. Not to mention in the early stages of development microsoft had to literally hold bungie together to keep them on track. 343 was made to take Bungies place after they abandoned the project. 343 was left in a bad spot, the human covenant war had just ended and all the experienced halo devs ran off with Bungie. High hopes for Halo Infinite but I seriously think people need to stop picking on 343 when Bungie literally quit on us.
The halo soundtrack can never be beat. Even after all these years and hearing it again, it unlocks a deep memory inside me that absolutely fills me with glee. To top it off this clip is just absolutely insane. Cheers mate for bringing me back to simpler times
@AgentSakura1488 There are some very cool sword flying tricks people do in the speedrun route. I’m pretty sure Mint’s clip uses a few skulls like sputnik, and he confirmed was using acrophobia, which allows for some stuff that isn’t usually possible normally.
@@trogdor420 the fuck are you talking about. I know it’s not the same scene. It’s a scene from the beginning and the end of the game. The joke is that he since he went through the game so fast, instead of saying “to give the covenant back their bomb” he says “finishing this fight.”
You should legit do an entire playthrough of each game where you just perform all your wildest tricks, and make like a movie out of it. I'd watch the hell out of that.
We are at the point where there’s no point in trying to understand why or how mint is thinking of, let alone doing all of this. Just sit back and watch.
It’s the acrophobia skull. It’s literally not skill. You could do this easy. Just allow yourself to get backhanded by the hunter and press “a” to use the acrophobia skull to halt your flight path when you’re over the gondalla. He zoomed in to make it look like he had a perfect landing but you can tell from then momentum shift he activated the skull at that moment. That’s why he zoomed in. Because otherwise it would have looked like Master Chief hit a giant invisible wall and all the 8 year olds drooling over him wouldn’t have given him the likes he’s begging for.
This is beautiful, I find it so charming when a gamer is so enthralled with a specific encapsulated universe that they can't help but eventually find a way to discover the nature of it's boundaries and physics until they understand enough to ascend into what you could call a god while being in the world of that game.
I mean you can do different things with different games tho, halo reach - infinite most likely has something similar possible, it’s just the noobs playing the game don’t try
@@flyersluver4eva LOL I play games and I work for the rail road I own a car guns have a gf money in my account food you know the works. My best game in halo was 43 kills and 2 deaths not everyone that plays games better than u has no life. And you say peasants. Look who's talking Mr Materialist.
@@matthillfromcollege4109 turrets count as vehicles, and MCC scoring counts both the vehicle and the driver as a kill if you destroy the vehicle with the driver in it. Thus the double kill.
I first played this level when I was 13 years old, now 13 years later at 26 having returned to the halo community to see this...to say I have some catching up to do would be an absolute understatement.
The fact that you got two splatters is amazing. I didn’t even know it was possible to splatter an enemy with chiefs body alone, lore accurate though lmao
I’m guessing since he killed the last elite, the gondola started moving which may have caused him to get propelled but he could only go that far if something knocked him hard enough. I don’t see anything that could have done that though.
