I mean if your not retarded and never played a instrument before you should know how to handle any instrument. And this dude has like 20 plus years with piano so he treats music with care. Only people that never touched an instrument can you not trust with your instrument
The way she holds it when she says "yes." I felt that in my soul, because that's how I hold my cello for no reason sometimes. I just have to express my affection for this thing that causes me pain.
Ngl. That's a beautiful cello. That thing had the old school F holes, which means either it's a copy from a famous works or her cello is old af. Whic also means probably worth more than 2 grands
As a current dance major at Juilliard, the orchestra plays for us all the time and the cellos are always beautiful. Although my heart belongs to the viola
Pretty much all legit 'cellos are made from maple, and are built one at a time by individual luthiers. Student models are mass-produced plywood. Some may have a solid maple top plate w plywood back/sides. That instrument is likely worth 6 figures. Screwing around with it making "ambulance sounds"was childish and 100% disrespectful toward the amount of effort that young lady has put into her artistry.
@@HBSuccess It’s completely possible to make ambulance noises on a cello, and to also respect what someone else just played on it. These are not mutually exclusive.
@@HBSuccesseh - I think there’s a wayyyy stronger likelihood the instrument is $99,999 or less, let’s chill. Many cellos cost more, most!! do not. I think screwing around with the cello was dumb, but also disrespectful hits me the same way as “six figures” - it seems like an exaggeration.
As a violinist I love that the first thing she says is that its bigger and better. Don't get me wrong I love the violin but the fact that that was her first thought made me laugh. I respect. 🤣
Oh beautifully done! Only heart can match the style! Pure heavenly! I love your talent and how the school drew it out! Beautiful! And your friends are cool! Blesses little lady!
As a cellist I cannot believe she let you use her cello haha 😅 that thing must be worth 20k at the very very very minimum! I’m glad us cellists are getting representation :D ❤
"it's bigger and better" best quote i've heard so far about a cello. I play cello a bit myself and let me tell you: what she played is INSANELY difficult.
Ehhh. These people are trying to be the absolute best. It’s too exhausting to be at this level throughout the years. Most musicians also end up with real life responsibilities that don’t allow you to practice every single day. You can play most songs just fine without taking it to the world competition level.
