You are doing great. This is unrealistic and doesn’t go into anything related to theory or reading music. Both of which help you better learn how to play.
I mean considering he said that it would only take a week to learn river flows in you, I think he meant by exact hours, so one month would be 720 hours of practice, which is a lot more than enough. It is misleading but I think this guy is just too good and doesn't realize how slow piano progress actually is and thought a month after playing piano would be necessary to play turkish march. I have learned half of the piece and I honestly think that the most tedious part is actually memorizing the chords, otherwise it should be possible.
@@autumn.variation Well that makes sense. I mean it kinda misleads people who had never played the piano to expect that they can play Alla Turca in a month. 720 hours is more than enough, but you still need a strong foundation and most ppl could master the whole piece only when they are in grade 6.
@@anurachandana7713 I don’t know why, I tried to play moonlight sonata 3rd movement and I easily can with like 3 months to practice, but for some reason I can’t do heart and soul.
I'll play the first two if you play the third movement. I dream of wearing nice suit and playing the first two in front of a huge audience. You have to take it from there. I'm here for you emotionally.
Uhm it took me 4 years to play sonatina in A minor by Beethoven and be in a piano concert. This progress is for simply piano (the people who tense up their shoulders, dont round their fingers, don’t have good technique, and don’t learn anything. They just press the keys)
Yeah... these bother me because someone whos new might think it's how it will go. If in one day you have that good of hand independence call me fucking impressed
This is so true for me, I’ve been playing for 2 years at piano lessons and 3-4 years teaching my self, I can play fast songs but can barely play with both hands. My fingers can’t get to the right keys in time. I can learn the basic rhythm within an hour but can’t memorise the song, this video feels unrealistic to me. And could affect other people’s determination to continue playing the piano when seeing videos like this.
Me playing piano for an hour: I know how to play 25 seconds of pokèmon op only the singing keys This guy playing piano for an hour: Ik how to play with 2 hands perfectly, and I’m awesome.
River flows in you takes at least a couple of months because if you were to learn some music theory and learn a couple of easy songs then songs that uses chords more than the easy song, it will at least take you a decent time learning, taking things too far to learn a hard song as soon as possible is counter productive because you won't get as good at playing similar songs
Thanks, butter. I want to learn how to destroy my keyboard when I miss a note in Simply Piano! Get it today! -Limited supply of people, do not let them find out what we do to the people who don’t get it.-
I have been playing the piano for 9 years and my favorite song to play is clair de lune. Playing the piano is like therapy to me, it brings me to my happy place.
1 hour of playing piano: Chopsticks 1 day of playing piano: basic piano skills 1 week of playing: Amber Moon 1 Month of playing piano: Minuet in G Major 1 Year: Fantasie Improptu 1 Decade: Every single note in piano played in one second 1 Century: Able to tell which note, Triad, Solid, or Broken form is being played at within 3 seconds 1 Millennium: Finally impress parents
This reminds me of my brother playing a goodbye song about a little stranger he met, and he was just pressing random keys… so emotional ..if your gonna comment, say “goodbye little stranger” nothing weird please.. 🗿
