Just my experiences that I've had while owning a motorcycle. Things I didn't know before riding a motorcycle. It's been a great 5 years of riding! Have learned a lot since I started back in June 2015

I also started on a 2015 R3. Miss that bike... sold it and a couple months later the guy told me it got totaled :(. I kept that bike for 2.5 years before moving to a 600. The 600 is all I need here in Florida. Too crowded and stop and go all the time. Right now, my Grom sees the most use though while my 600 collects dust. The most fun out of a bike I’ve really ever had.

I would highly suggest track days. I learned a ton from the instructors and other riders as well.

I think one of the best advice I offer riders is to expect everyone wether in cars, bikes, or even pedestrians want to kill you on your bike. Just expect them to get squirrely when you are near

I remember seeing you at cars and coffee 2015 on your R3 (I was 15) and I did so much research on the R3 afterwards. But I bought a grom a month ago as my first bike lmao I just use it to do dumb off road stuff

Get whatever you want, self disipline is all that will keep you alive,i am 62 years old, driven a 18 wheeler for the last 20 years, had a 79 yahama 750 3 cylinder shaft drive slow an boring, put 6gs on it in a year an sold it for what i paid for it,never dropped it,wore no leather, didnt have that stuff in 1985

Am 62 thinking of getting a R3,read stuff that the brakes leave a lot to be desired, shit now iam thinking of getting a CBR 600 rr,kinda lame for a 600 but with top notch braking, having driving a truck last 20 years is enough to make one stay home,an not even walk down the street, believe me them little 4inch curbs not going to stop any vehicle from running ya over, being able to scrub off every MPH before hitting something or tumbling then sliding on the ground, has to be more important then getting a bike that goes to fast, shit anything over 20mph is gonna hurt, you could run/jog into a tree an die,our bodies are made for walking collisions haha
