Thank you for saying how much to rev. Do you have to hold the breaks the whole time you’re doing it? Or do you just let the bike slow down a little bit before you start rev matching and let the engine do the breaking
i be bummed out i have a ninja 300 sometimes until i hop on it and go 110 and makes me smile on this little bike it’s definitely a fun bike you can still get in trouble on
There is an always this idea that you start out on smaller cc bike then move on to a bigger one. Maybe you are happy with what you got? I mean not everybody upgrades to a V8 car after driving a smaller car
Ngl bro it’s been 7 years, you should probably change the title to “5 mods on my r3” ngl watching this video, didn’t really help me decide what mods to get, I’m just more confused, are these beneficial mods that are essential or are they just mods you decided to get on your own r3 cause you wanted them? Idk
That speedometer kills it for me. Looks like absolute trash and lowers the quality of the entire bike. That is the thing you look at and interact with the most as the rider. Really poor decision on Yamaha's part.
Akra is the king good to know that they don't require a tune since I've been thinking of getting one but have been always afraid that I'll lose hp from the bike running lean but seems like even without a tune they still give power no womder why they are so expensive
looking to do this. i read on forums stock chain length for the R3 is 112 links. using sprocket calculator it is saying with a +3 rear sprocket, i will need to increase the chain length from 112 to 117. so did you buy a 118 link and take one link out?
Great video! but before buying this exhaust system, keep in mind that its TOO loud, like unbelievable and there is not option for a silencer or db killer. I got mine and eventually I had to replace it. If you are living in a suburban area, think twice before buying this.
Love your bike brotha. I got a 2023 about 4 months ago, and I'm lovin it - wanted the Purple, but they were out. Only one left was blue, which I feel is harder to style. Any tips on how to get a blue R3 to look as dope as yours? Loving the red accents on yours. Safe riding!
I raced 600s when I was younger, then had 900, 1000, 1100 but got this r3 2015, j7st to ride around town. It's so fun! Good video I've done all those mods, now single seat tinted visor maybe some carbon.
