Love the raw training footage. You’re my training partner in my basement gym. Lifting alone is way better when you have stuff like this on in the background.

Totally understand that you don't want to annoy people at the gym with the camera. Loved that you took into account comments asking for a raw training footage =) Gyms are still closed for a few months in France, I'm training outside so big thank you from the heart for the inspiration and motivation brother Matt

I just came across your video. Looking at you, I thought, How strong can he be. He looks kind of scrawny! Damn was I wrong. You are strong as hell. You you were snatching 198 pounds like it was nothing! I’m 76 years old, 5‘7“ tall and 150 pounds, and I still lift weights. I’d love to do the strict overhead press. It is my favorite exercise. Anyway, you are fantastic! To the old guys like me, I say start lifting!

Depends! Typically the heavier the sets the longer the rest!

What type of back injury? I’ve now had 3 back strains in one year of Olympic style weightlifting. It’s quite frustrating and hurts progress every time it happens

thank you! I train 5 times a week, when I get into an intense cycle it will be 9 times a week. I have been lifting for 5 years

@@joshventura8193 yes I have! Only risk really is not being able to return to manufacturer in case of defect! But most of the time you should be in the clear !

Uhm I honestly do not know what RPE is. I have heard people use that term before but I myself have never come across it

@@NateCerwinske it's a scale from 1 to 10 to determine how hard a lift should be... So 10 would be ur 1rm or 2rm and so on
