All of ye including your self are fantastic workers. Great to see your dad out on digger. U give me soooo much inspiration to keep your head up and get so much work done. Nothing is a problem to ye. I’d love to visit your farm and meet you Evie and the team.
Great video Evie 👍 once you get the manure sorted out like you were talking about you'll be on easy street. If farming was easy everybody would be doing it, thank you and your family for all you do.🍻👏👏🐄💯
Tks for sharing Miss Eveie. Little Freddie is taking it all in. He is the next in line for that job.. its a wonderful smell.. The smell of money!!!! Lol👍👍👍
Hello Evie cracking video as always that’s the only problem with slurry is keeping it all moving so it don’t block up we are all beef so don’t have that trouble look forward to the next one keep up the good work and all keep well and safe 👍👍
Well Evie that was just some job you did today what a monster task getting rid of all that crust Liked your gadgets for lifting the slats out you made it look so easy Your a great team it’s good seeing you all getting on together like you do it’s a great working environment Little Freddie was amazed watching you all looked very intrigued isn’t he a great little boy fantastic video Evie really interesting your a star keep them coming
I am a city boy who grew up in N. Devon, England and most of my friends parents had farms and or horse riding properties and as a boy, young lad I would spend a lot of time on these farms etc, there is a smell on these properties that you just can't convey with a RU-vid video so unless you are used to a farmyard smell or the smell of Pig dung being spread across the fields you will have no idea of the smell there is in these slurry pits, me I am used to it but Mr city dweller in RU-vid land me thinks not so much, so hats off to Evie and the other farmworkers who work day in and day out literally covered in shit bringing us these videos, not sure if there would be so many viewers with smell a vision though ;) Great Job Evie 💖💖
Good job Evie, your speaking/talking fine, seems like your mind is working faster then it comes out, probably a good think for most of us. The reverse is worse when some talking without thinking. Already for another video.
Well the best thing about RU-vid EVIE is you can’t smell any odours. Keep the vlog coming it’s interesting to see farming in the UK. All the best from QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA.❤️❤️
great work by you all .. TBH .. i have lived in a semi rural area of west London all my life .. i love the smell of cow poo lol .. lovely to see you Evie working away .. you seem to be in your element when working at the farm .. x
What a smelly job but needed to be done. How often do you have to do that? That's why I asked cause it looked like that side. Had been cleaned out for quite some time. Always enjoy your videos, Very informative to us city Slickers. Thanks for bringing us along.
There was a bit of shifting needed on some of those slats alright, they obviously haven't been off in quite a while. I'm sure a lot of people are quite happy that they haven't invented RU-vid with smell-o-vision just yet 😂 But you soon get used to the many farm yard aroma's. Be a hell of a job once you get the new underground channel connected up to the lagoon, should be a lot less work involved then. Little Freddie might not be just as enthralled in that though 😃 Trying to keep the straw from getting into the tanks will be a big help at keeping the slurry flowing along.
How often do you have to empty those pits?do you spread right on the fields.or hold it in the lagoons. Here in Ontario in the sixties we ran out of storage space im the winter making it difficult at times to spread in the winter time.not a nice job but it has to be done.
Ah the joys of dairy farming, I’m hard of hearing and I miss a lot of the commentry, Damn……Those dogs must be some of the happiest in the world , thanks for showing us.
I am glad the smell did not attach to the video. . . . In the U.S. we call the red transport trailer a "Honey Wagon"! Are the license plate numbers on your tractors required for road usage and probably a way to collect taxes? No such rules or taxes on agriculture tractors in America. -
Wow just saw your face and you do not look happy. Good video though. At least now I know the look. Well done at least its not because of me. Its not far from what I use to get from my mom and older sister. After seeing the project I understand the look. Stay happy and you know what you have to do, keep , just keep smiling. We are smiling back.
Ps. Stay with farming family. Could you do a video in the kitchen say at breakfast time where ye all are together plann the day ahead. Never hear a cross word from anyone
I dont mean to criticize Evie but the two tractors you use in the barns you should clean them ones and awhile . I know they get dirty fast but it's good to get the manure off of them ones and awhile they will last longer as well manure is hard on tractors parts just saying .
@@Forever_in_wellies_ lol sorry to criticize it's easy on my end to walk crap Ha Ha !! Get it I think you do . Yeah I could imagine its hard to maintain and keep those tractors clean in those conditions all the best Evie cheer's.
