Stratified tuned my speed 3 Bnr3 9 years ago both 93 and e85 . I’m still driving the car today as my daily and pulls just as hard . So don’t know who or where you got your facts from .
I think it was a whole host of things. The tune and bad mods. Tune definitely won’t kill the car but that is a known bad tune. Well compared to a pro tune. But sorry for bad mouthing your tuner just it’s known they aren’t perfect tunes
I mean the tune was probably fine it’s just best to get a pro tune from a tuner that logs your car and makes sure everything is perfect. If you just slap a tune on for your mods than it’s not meant to be. It’ll never be perfect. So if versa went back and forth with you than I’m sure it’s solid. But if it’s an off the shelf tune or a preloaded tune it’s not a pro tune that I’m referring too. Normally you go back and forth with a tuner and they dial in the car for your mods and altitude
Pre-made tunes have warnings on them ” stock DownPipe is required, MAF sensor calibration is required, ..” i just had to adjust the MAF readings to get -1% +1 % Fuel trims
you gotta get a cobb access port before doing much to these cars, even if you just have a after market intake the car is still at risk of blowing up without the cobb access port
thats incorrect lmfao an intake wont blow these up. but you should worry about removing the 2nd cat without upgrading the HPFP because it will run lean at WOT@@shawty2875
