y’all like how the metro tried TRAPPIN ME when i had a valid ticket? how the guy at the cellphone store was like…nah we don’t have what you’re looking for (before even checking), then he had it? how my elastic band broke and not one store can replace it, let alone have it in stock for me to repurchase? how the vélib said my code doesn’t work…when i pay for a monthly subscription? how châtelet station is just annoying? but you know what, i’ll pop in these headphones and listen to american hip hop and it’s all good. THIS IS THE REAL PARIS.

Nothing in this world is impossible. I have the same dream as you do ( I want to live in Germany because oml the language and environment there is simply beautiful ) and you're only 18 so that means you have many years ahead of you to live your dreams! Who knows, maybe you could save up and move there in the future. Money isn't the most important thing but commitment is what will get you there. Slowly yet surely.

I remember watching this and just being rabidly jealous a few years ago. This year in April i went to paris with my family and it was one of the best months of my life. Right now i am almost at the end of my first very long, very hot, very hard week of my 6 month high school exchange to Toulouse and i am watching these videos remembering all of the places that i went earlier this year, how good i felt in that city and how my life might be like if i become fluent in french and live here or in paris. This video is really motivating me to push past the language barriers and homesickness to learn as much as i can.

I lived in the South of France for 6 years and Im moving back to France in a few months after 3 years at home and you have made me so excited to move back.....apart from the administration obvs. And thank you for showing how even expats can speak with a good accent.
