So glad you guys had a great time and that you enjoyed the experience. It's true that we make Drag Challenge a challenge. I try to make it as close to Drag Week as possible. I still believe Drag Week is harder, but this is as close as you're going to get to Drag Week without sending your car to the 'States. Congrats on the 10.8. I think it's time to line up the Fairlane and the Taxi.

Now that would be a sweet track day! Have you guys ever thought of making a RU-vid Nationals event? A calling all cars of the automotive RU-vid world. Who doesn't love a good race day, but seeing all you faves go head to head and "punch on" with the regular punter on the street plus a chance to meet them would be an awesome way to get bums in seats. And some will have the honor of saying "I raced Scotty"

@@STREETMACHINETV Show them the pages of the folks you invite. Make sure you note the number of subscribers. Remind them that even if you get 1% from each channel show up, it is going to be a f#@k load of people. I was also thinking to keep it fair, would it be a good idea to make it a few different venues across the east coast? Say one each for Vic, Nsw and Qld? Works a few ways then, more for us local punters at our local track and you may get more youtubers onboard if they don't have to drive 3000km for a one weekend event. You could even sweeten it with some coin for charity, $1per entry (ballpark guess) Anyone else keen to see this move forward?

4 blokes, a car & a ute travelling to various drag strips. It's not so much as the times you guys achieved, it's the times driving on the road to each event. You'll never replicate that at any other time in your lives. Congrats on the PB's but most of all the journey it took to get there.

Toyota FIPG sealant with no gasket is the way to go fellas, you'll be in the ground before that sump leaks again. Been there, done that!

I’ve found using the stock rubber gasket with some aviation glue and ultra black silicone on the half moon parts on the sump gasket works well, no leaks. Cork ones are $hithouse

3 Years to some, seems like a lifetime away. We all hear have watched you all, not only improving the Fairlane everyday, but also yourselves in getting the time of 10.88. Congratulations Legends from the NT. Naitto, YOUR now officially a New Member in the 10 second Club. Not to mention possibly the very First Ford Fairlane to be in it. Well done Legend and I got goose bumps for you waiting in the line up for your 3rd and final pass after thinking you wasn't going to whack it down again. Was sooooo cool seeing ALL of you lads pumped and happy to achieve your goal. Well Done and look forward to watching many builds in your workshop. I just watched a vid from donut media, trying to showcase the Australian car scene-it actually showed the bend-but basically ignored the heart and soul of the OG street machine/drags and presented the world’s ugliest jdm hatchback instead 😏
