What about Isolation and Substance Use? 

I was addicted to alcohol for many years. I'm a recovering alcoholic. I've been sober for 1yr and 9months. I had to be put in a hospital for 2 wks. Then I went to an outpatient rehab facility. Now I'm dependent on Percocet. I've been prescribed them by my orthopedic surgeon. I take 5mgs 4 times a day. And this all came about from back surgery. I may have to have another surgery. This would be number 3. I've had 6 on my shoulder, which was the result of a drunken fall. I also had 2 surgeries on my leg which was the result of running while I was drinking. The back surgeries were arthritis related. Yes I've been through a Lot. So I feel for you Cee. I know the pain quite literally. You can do it I have faith in you. If you really want to. Sorry this has been a long response but it's my therapy. You got this girl....
