Acting is often misconceptualized as being dramatic and overdoing or exaggeration of emotions whereas it is most believable in utter real state. To act is to actually feel the emotion and be real with it. Not be loud and show what your body is not actually feeling.
She played this scene with realism and conviction.
That the first and foremost thing that is taught at The Indian School Of Acting. To be real with acting.
The Founder of The Indian School of Acting, Sagar Kohli, who himself is young but one of the best actors the country, understood the complexities with the field of acting and problems faced by students in the initial days of training and even on the journey.
Sagar Kohli provided acting classes to the students of ISA, and soon it was known that The Indian School of Acting is the best acting classes to train yourself in theatre or camera acting.
As popularised by his students, Sagar Kohli is known the best actors in India right now for his age.
Being the Founder for such a prestigious organisation, Sagar Kohli has discovered a form of acting based on Naturalism, which is called "Realism" and is taught to the students of The Indian School of Acting. Making them the most natural actors out there.
The Indian School of Acting with top faculties from National School of Drama and FTII focuses on a combination of Camera Acting and theatre to make any student a complete package.
If somebody wants to be the best actor of India or wants to know how to get work in Bollywood, then he should join The Indian School of Acting.
If you see one thing common to all our students, that would be an attempt, to look extremely natural on Screen or whenever they are performing.
The best acting school in Delhi - The Indian School of Acting is known for the honest and transparent training that it provides but things like the brutal training, individual attention and Improvement oriented cannot be ignored.
If you also want to perform like this, you should totally learn from The Indian School of Acting.
The Indian School of Acting is the best acting school of Delhi NCR and all India with students coming in from all over the world.
We need your support and love to give The Indian School of Acting the brand value it deserves on RU-vid and social media to make it the best acting school in the world.
Also, we need all the love as we want to make great films as well giving all good artists a chance and disrupting Bollywood.

depending on the character, one of them could be more emotional and the other could be less emotional (lots of people are saying it’s not about being less or more emotional and you correct i just worded it wrong. Basically, people show emotion differently and so while one would be more expressive with their emotions another could be less expressive with the SAME emotions)

Its actually two types of acting, it depends on where are you presenting. The left side focused on micro expressions that are perfect for television or a digital media because we have the hability to stay pretty close to the character and so we can notice minimal changes, while the right one is focused on a more theatrical expression, in a theater we cant reallly see the faces of the actors most of the time because its pretty far away, so this results in the actors expressing the emotions through their bodies so the audience can understand whats happening and what are the characters feeling. Both are beautiful ways of acting and both deserve recognition ❤❤

Yeah, in a live theater, it's difficult for people in the far back to see subtle changes in someone's face and mannerisms, so they need to be a lot more expressive with their body language and their tone of voice. In movies and TV, it's a lot easier to see subtle changes in someone's face (even if you're in the back of a large movie theater), so it's a lot more subtle. I think it's important for people to distinguish which type of acting they are doing.

Definition of TV acting vs theatre acting
@cactusbuds2979
@cactusbuds2979 Год назад
Tiktok acting reminds me of my time in the theater. In the theater, actors often have to use crazy expressions because of the number of people in the audience. It’s not that they're not capable of doing subtle acting, it’s that they have to allow people, whether in the way back or way front, to see how they feel. That’s obviously not the only reason it happens, but it’s one of the reasons.

Only absolutely phenomenal actors can really feel the emotion that their character is playing and then make you feel like the show that you’re watching is real and it’s absolutely amazing (Edit a year l8ter) thx for da likes :3 Also, it depends on the character’s personality, if they seem more out going and are more bold, they might say this like the right side, to where if the character keeps to themselves more or doesn’t express emotions as clearly, they might say this like the left side :3 Also when your on stage you have to emphasize your movements to be seen (like the right) compared to movie or tv acting where the camera is right up in your face (Sorry this is super long) I do think that there is such a thing as “overacting” because when you over emphasize it, I can become annoying and repetitive.

I’ve been acting in a local theater for almost 10 years now, and, like many comments around here say as well: This partially is just the difference between Theater Acting and Film/Tv Acting. When you’re on a stage, you need to be expressive, so that everyone in the room can see and hear you, while when you’re filmed, you can get much deeper into a character and play it more realistically.
@thebrickthathitjasongrace2902
Honestly it depends on the emotion ex: numb or angry. It also depends if it’s theatrical or cinematic
@Connor-fj5rc
@Connor-fj5rc Год назад
It’s not numb at all. If you pay attention to how people behave when their angry very few people flail their hands around a scream, and it’s a less interesting choice to make as an actor when expressing anger. Watch the dinner scene from A Streetcar Named Desire. Marlon Brando’s character is extremely angry but he speaks softly and his movements are subtle.
@thebrickthathitjasongrace2902
@@Connor-fj5rc I do find this true but in theatre acting it’s more common to enlarge your actions so the audience can see from a distance :)

That's two types of acting actually, people would usually prefer the one with more face expression like in the "What acting actually is" since they feel the emotion that is portrayed more but the "What people think acting is" is used in theaters so people can see it from the back too, theatre acting is more usual on TikTok/RU-vid POV's
