Sir please btaiye ham sadharan log he lekin maintenance monthly monthly clear de dete he lekin sociaty vale kuch na kuch kam k bahane bar bar extra paise lene aa jate he kal lift repair krane 4000 rs mang rhe the .. ham firsh floor par rehte he .. or hme lift ki jarurat nhi rehti kya krna chahiye dena chahiye ya nhi .. please ..btaiye .🙏

Sir know home tuition is allowed in flat. If yes in which condition and if no in which condition. If yes then society can have right to stop home tuition or he can put condition.

I live in a flat which comes within the panchayat. secretary use valley ball ground with lot of water wasted.So I can take action against them if i send notice regarding some information ask for maintenance but he is not giving information what should i do.

Sir me ek society ka member tha lekin society secretary ne व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप में मैसेज डाल कर मुझे निकाल दिया। क्योंकि जब भी सोसायटी से गलत तरीके से काम होते थे तो उन्हें रोका करता था but koi meri baat nahi sunta tha society me monthly maintenance charge liya jata hai or sabhi se unhone 2000 registration fee ke, 3000 light connection ke Jo 1.5 year se hua nahi, 2500 Pani connection ke, mujhse ladai bhi Hui hai, fir bhi memebers kuch nahi bolte, mene court ke madhyam se fir bhi karai hai, mene bhi 2000 RS diye hai, fir karane ke baad hi mujhe society ke group me massage dal kar nikala gaya hai kya karna chaiye bataiye
