different for everyone, slowly build up around 5-10 miles a week and if you feel comfortable while still working hard you should stay around there. summer training is ALL about mileage and building aerobic base. don't worry too much about workouts and speed but you should start implementing that later on in the summer. however, you should be doing tempos all summer. overall just listen to your body because no one knows better for you own body than your body
